Your Fav Maternity Jeans - Fashion Advice

    Hi Girls,

I've had Pumpkin Patch Jeans in the past, but they don't seem to cut it for me this time around.

So, just wondering what your favourite maternity jeans were and where did you get them from?

    Thanks

I got mine from Jeans West. LOVED them - and they were reasonably priced (2 for $99)

Jeans West - they are the best ! I have had heaps of compliments when wearing them too because they look so "normal"

I found Kmart fitted me better than the Target ones, plus I hated the roll down waist. KMarts have elastic and didn't fall down

    Hey jeanswest fans!

I bought a pair recently (bootleg) but I'm not entirely happy. I find that they go sacky around the crotch too quickly (ie a couple of hours of wear after the last watch). Also the black stretchy section is kind of odd, I feel it will last me to 9 months but at this stage it's kind of ... sacky too! And hot. Not too mention that i'm constantly yanking them up

    Anybody else having these issues?

Do you think they might be a little big Ali? Or are they fitting everywhere else except the crutch?

    Hi Jodi

Yep they are a touch big... the size 12 were a perfect fit, but a bit too perfect for 26 weeks (when I bought them) - the 'denim' part of the waistband has no give in it whatsoever, and as I assume there will be some expansion of the lower part of my tummy, I tried the next size up and they are a bit roomier??

My main complaint is about the denim material itself, I guess it has a touch of lycra but not enough as it stretches but then doesn't go back?? I've had this issue with stretch jeans before, but my non-maternity jeanswest jeans are excellent in this regard.

I got two pairs of jeans west ones today (for $99 - pretty good since i was considering a pair at Ripe on the weekend for $130), one straight leg and one bootcut. Have yet to wear them so will see how they go.
