    it's pretty full on, especially if you're not a big excerciser already. i'd probably give it a miss, but that's just me.

    If you weren't doing it (or something equivilant) before it's advisable not to start while pregnant

    I did it up until 22 weeks. It was fine. It is as full on as you make it. I just did the low option movements. When they do a jumping kind of movement, I just stepped it out. Just make sure to drink plenty of water, not get your heart rate going too much and just take it easy. I never got to the point where I was red in the face or puffed out like the other girls, simply because I did the low options. It was great fun! I only stopped because I did start to get uncomfortable as my tummy got bigger. But thats just me, if you can do it for longer theres no problem with doing zumba during pregnancy.
