Hi Bec,
I have been endlessly searching for a solution too, had really bad ms from about 7 weeks, it feels like it is just starting to ease now, though have only thrown up once, I have had 24 hour nausea. This is what I have been doing:
I have been eating pretty much all carbs, quite frequently though not happy with what it is doing to the size of my belly
I have an extra large fruit chiller drink from Gloria Jeans in the morning every day, like a slurpee, the combination of cold and sweet seems to work
I have found that when ever I think to much about it I feel sick, so try hard not to think lol
I suck on fruit tingles or any other sweet lolly any time I have the gag reflex, I go though about 2 packets a day, this have been my life saver
I stopped taking my multi vitamin as it was making me sicker, I was on Blackmores, even stopped the Blackmores morning sickness as a trial and felt better (perhaps Blackmores uses a tablet base that does not agree with me) (still taking folate of course)
I tried drinking ginger beer and eating ginger, but not fond of the taste, and most cold fizzy drinks work the same. I have heard that Coke is great for ms.
Salt and vinegar chips
That is all I can think of. It is truely horrible, but hopefully it will ease for you soon, and keep in mind that they say having ms is a positive sign and is linked to lower chances of miscarriage.
Hehe, glad that you've posted this!! I'm feeling really nauseous all the time too and am really bummed about not being physically able to eat a healthy diet like I usually do.
Carbs are the only thing working for me at the moment.
You can try by eating salty, crunchy foods. Eat a high protein snacks before bed at night and also keep a snack by the bed to eat before you lift your head from the pillow in the morning. Then, get up slowly.
