    Hehe, glad that you've posted this!! I'm feeling really nauseous all the time too and am really bummed about not being physically able to eat a healthy diet like I usually do.
    Carbs are the only thing working for me at the moment.

    Hope it goes away for us all real soon!

    Hi Bec,

    You can try by eating salty, crunchy foods. Eat a high protein snacks before bed at night and also keep a snack by the bed to eat before you lift your head from the pillow in the morning. Then, get up slowly.
