Aaaaww Grub,Try and cheer up.Your body has done an AMAZING job carrying your beautiful bub.Dont be so hard on yourself.Your body is full of raging hormones and if bub isnt budging, its no wonder, you feel down but trust me.When he/she is out,you will be soooooo busy.Take this time to relax and its o.k for Hubby to take on the chores for the moment.Men are quite tough and resilient, and you need the rest right now because your carrying around another person.Dont feel guilty at all about him doing everything.Im sure he is happy to just have you, rest and take it easy at this time.
Its hard when you have expectations as to how and when you want things to happen, after all,the birth is all we think about and plan for most of our pregnancies. The birth of my son 12 years ago,was nothing, like i had planned, but in the end,he came out healthy,i had the support of my family around me and there were even a few times whilst he screamed with colic that i wished i could have "shoved' him back in.
Enjoy this time that you have.Put your feet up,relax and try and let your cares disappear.Your baby WILL be in your arms in no time.I hope you feel better.I know your stressed but it will all be fine.Lots of love,Alicia.

    Hi Girls

Grub: How infuriating for you, I would think that you would jump the queue seeing you are now carrying a fully cooked bubba. Hopefully things happen on there own for you so you can have your little boy home for Xmas.

Murph & Neptune: Love the photo's such blondies you both have and Neptune Adam looks like such a bruiser..

Here are some new photo's of Tara, have been trying so hard to get smiling photo's but everytime she sees the camera she gets all serious.... Login | Facebook

we love you girls. thanks for letting me vent.

found my bootstraps overnight and feel much much better today. mum sent me a lovely email about how proud her and dad are of me, specially over the past few months when i've been alone. So that made me feel better.

have decided to ring her this morn and talk through my concerns with her cos i think it'll be reassuring and i know she'll step up for me (although she can be pretty OTT when it comes to this first grandbaby).

So have decided to just let it go. not worry and consider i've got these next few days left for some peaceful activities etc before bub arrives and it DOES NOT matter one bit where i am for chrissy, cos my family and dh would never leave me alone and isolated. In fact it'll probably be something very memorable lol. everyone packed inot a small hospy room with trays of food mum made at my place

positive thoughts positive thoughts positive thoughts.

did a HUGE walk yesterda.. nearly 4km... it felt soo good but was a little further than i should have gone. going again tonight, but the shorter version. So lovely to just get out and have the breeze in your face.. can rellly change your persepctive.

So i may get my hollywood moment now but am working towards an induction early next week to try and not get my hopes up every single day and have them dashed every single day for natural arrival.

i would really like to thank you girls for all your support and kindness. Those other ladies can have their social inductions, I'll wait ... it is the way it is meant to be and I can't control it.

Okay, philosophical musings finished. must go hang out the washing and torment the furbaby

will be back for persies later on.

    Fineally back on :)

Lani -=- Big conratulations on the arrival of your baby! Its so wonderfull to hear you are all fine and got through it all ok. enjoy your well earned little family! Cant wait to see pics and hopeing for an easy and loveing first few weeks for all of you! <3 well done!

Grub -=- You are so brave, what an inspiration to see you putting the positives first even through such a difficult time <3 Im crossing my fingers for some progress for you asap so we can all hear that your wonderfull patience has paid off! Your doig great hun, you'll get there soon and hopefully all will be running more smoothly for you then

    Hi to everyone else

Well we are officially settled in! Apart from a few boxes still left in our bedrooms and the babys room we are all unpacked and set up and have been enjoying the added space and wonderfull backyard! Furbaby has been extatic that she can just run around wherever she feels without the lead on and chew up sticks and dead mangoes from our new mangoe tree! hehehe Its amazing seeing her eyes twinkle with such excitement.. shes already made friends and pretended to take on the massive dog next door through the fence.. (even tho shes the size of a enlarged rat!) But it wags its tail at her and licks her through the fence so it doesnt seem to upset by her appearance!

DS is also noticably different since he's had the yard to play in and the extra space to be a toddler and have some fun! Its been like a dream come true, yesterday they were both rolling around together in the grass out the back while I sat in my hammock chair in the shade of the late afternoon.. I just watched him giggling and her bouncing around and playing fetch together and picking flowers and discovering the joys of playing in a flat green grassed lawn between when the sun goes down when its still loverly and light and cool... And another thing ive noticed is doing the washing is like nothing now.. the laundry is right next to the kitchen and all on one level with the clothesline right outside where I am anyway in the late afternoons when I let my two out to play! So since weve been here there has been no build up of washing! Unlike in the run down highset where it was piled to the roof and forgotten in the dank area under the house! We have all our dinners out the front in the private 6ft fenced courtyard yard in a cute little paved area next to more flat grass! Sigh i dont ever want to leave ladies! Cnnot wait to have this little jelly bean now! 21 weeks today! Sorry to rant on I just wanted to share how happy I am with you all

So Im starting to get the BH contractions now and realising that I am actually over half way! So me and DH are going shopping after christmas together to get our rocker off layby and get everything else on the list onto one so we can pay it off and have time to grab a few lil extra things before lil one arrives!

Sorry for the lack of persies once again (slack) I will pop on again when I get the chance-=- possibly tomorow and catch up with everyone else on here.. I have been reading up on you all over the last couple of days but just havnt had the chance to post up until now... Hope to hear some good news from grub soon and to the rest of you I will catch up later! Take care ladies <3 Ky
