That is just fantastic Hayseed! Looking forward to the piccies...
Sal, it is so great to hear that little blobby is coming along so well and you can now relax just a little. such a cute photo too.... very excited and happy for you.
Tiff, Im sorry to hear you are having a hard time at the moment. So many people lack any sense of tact dont they. Like you said, u understand that there are some risks involved, but you dont need that shoved in your face over and over - you need to try and relax and enjoy it for what it is and should be - a wonderful experience. But you can dump and vent all you like here and we are more than happy to keep positive for you, honey. So you hang in there.
all you ladies in here take care now, you hear! Thinking of you all...
Awwww Hay, I am so thrilled for you and DH - you finally have your wee miracle in your arms. Can't wait to see the piccies.
TamB - How are you hanging in there, are you starting to show yet? I know for me time is going so slowly it's a killer so I'm thrilled to see you're almost 12 weeks!
Yeah Amy I have a little pot. Noticeable to DH and I and close family/friends but am wearing looser clothes, so most don't know yet. How are you feeling??
Hey TamB, I'm pretty good - still on edge the whole time but feeling fairly normal. No major symptoms yet, although I almost puked in the car and at a cafe this morning but think it was just because I took my vitamins on an empty stomach. It was strangely reassuring though I have to say! I have another BT tomorrow and then our first scan on the 20th so I think this will all help make it a bit more real!
i have to say that I'm amazed at the nerve of some people. I mean, what do they really think they'd achieve by saying something like that? You are blessed with two babies instead of one. It's minor miracle that should be celebrated, not criticised. It's not like their hurtful words could change that fact, so like my mum says 'if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all'
And this is one such instance. You deserve to hear nothing but well wishes. Everyone else can go jump!
Sal, sooooo excited that you finally saw your bub!!! I know you were worried, and hope you are less so now.
And finally: welcome to the world Thomas! My mum wants to see a piccie, Hayseed, so let me know when you've updated your website!
Ohhh isn't it exciting about Hayseed!!! Such a long journey with such a precious bundle at the end of it awwwwwww.
Amy - How are you feeling today, any more you know what?
Sal - I had a look at your website and blobby's pic, too cool! Can't really call him/her a blob anymore though LOL
Feeling very sickish today, changing Jack's morning nappy nearly killed me *making puking noises* Glad to say that I kept it all down LOL Then feeling sick at various times during the day, just the smell of things. Can't remember it being this bad with the Jack tummy.
What great news about Hay and her new bouncing baby!!
Sal - I bet you feel heaps better after the u's. The piccie is great, and isn't it amaing how even though the bubs is only 12 weeks, they already have a fat little tum...cute!!
Tiff- Don't let people get you down, your having twins is a wonderful miracle and everyone here is soo happy for you. Just remain positive and happy and send those vibes through to your little ones.
Amy - Hope all is going well and that you're resting up. You'll be fine.
Jo - Sorry about the m/s. Hope it doesn't get too bad but also kind of reassuring I think?? Not long till your scan now!
I've still had the odd bit of spotting, if you could call it that. It is a tiny tiny amount and only about once a day. Had my BT this morning and get the results tonight so I'll let you know.
