Hi to everyone.
I have made it into this forum. I got a :bfp: on the 15/12 with 1080 Hcg. I had another BT today and it was 3603. My doctor was happy with this level.
I was wondering how do you get a timeline on your signature?
Looking forward to having some great chats.
-
Hi again.
I think I figured it out. Just checking!
-
No I didn't. I'll give it another go.
-
Here we go! Hope it works.
-
Sorry everyone. Finally worked it out!
-
Butterfly Qld :welcome: sig is all working
Sweet we have a meetup in Brissie each month for Breakie for you can make one
Bel  sorry to hear about so much stress babe
-
Hi everyone
Just popped in to catch up and heard about BW's great news -congratulations!
Welcome Butterfly Qld - your ticker looks great and your levels sound great too. You're not far behind a few of us in here at the moment. Hope you have a H&H pg.
TL - why do mum's say such horrible stuff? Really, you look so beautiful in your photo!
Bel - hope you're out of hospital by now hun and resting up. So sorry to hear that you have had such a rough road. Lots of  coming your way that there are no more unscheduled hospital visits for you.
BG- how exciting that you can feel the baby from the outside. Hopefully DH will get to feel some kicks while he is home.
HM - hope the bleeding and cold is all over and done with now. Thinking of you.
LNB - not long now til your scan. Good luck.
Dusty - good luck on Monday hun. Don't forget to SMS or post us with the good news of that lovely heartbeat! Sending you lots of positive vibes
Miss C - hopefully everything is going well with you and your are now holding little CB in your arms, or about to! Take care and thinking of you.
M2C - hopefully the blood you are seeing is old and that the worst is over for you now and the future only holds a H&H pg for you. Rest up and try to think lots of positive thoughts.
Scooby - 3 wks til your C section - Wow, not long now! I hope you are taking the chance to rest up now while you can. Take care hun.
AFM -I was woken up yesterday at about 3.30am feeling very hungry. I lay there resisting the urge to get up and get something to eat, which I thought was ridiculous as I didn't want to wake DF. I eventually got back to sleep and then was woken again with a huge wave of nausea. And I then felt nauseas and headachy all day. I even left work early and went to bed. I have finally gotten rid of the headache today, which I think is because I am dehydrated, although I don't know how because I feel like I drink gallons of water each day, and then spend the day running to the toilet! So I have resolved to having a container of snacks at my bedside table in case that happens again. Seems like low blood sugar is definitely my enemy at the moment!
To everyone else a big :hello: and lots of :bellyrubs:
Take care all
xx

Thanks Tiggerlinda
Let me know when you have your next gathering and I would love to try and make it.
-
Hee hee, PMSL ButterflyQLD...that was just so funny, all your posts. Sorry i am just giggling at anything today. Small mind! Welcome hun and a big congrats to you and DH.
Chez, That is a great idea having a container of snacks beside the bed. Hope it helps keep MS at bay for you hun. You just have to do anything you can. Hope you feel better tomorrow.
TL.. who is that hot mamma in the photo ;) Hope you are feeling a bit better today hun, thinking of you.
AFM- TMI sorry, oh how i love getting to the stage in a cold where you can feel the stuff clearing from your ears when you blow your nose. Gros i know....but so satisfying. Ha.
Feeling much better today and already done a good house clean...so i must be better. No more spotting so it can be put down to all the coughing and sneezing i think. Thankfully nothing to worry about.
About to start making biscuits etc for Hubby's staff for christmas..and the mechanic. Oh can't wait to get the car back.
I had a big accident last night, dropped the iron and it melted a big iron mark in the carpet. God help me...that will not go down well for our bond. Nice one HM...nice one. Why does carpet have to be so plasticy these days???? Yep that is right i am blaming the carpet!
Oh one thing i can't seem to get on top of is the extremely dry bottom lip i have. Crazy but it is red raw and cracked, peeling and horrible. it is never like this and i am only pu tit down to pregnancy. Hope it clears up soon.
Oh oh oh...and guess what we are now over 11 weeks. Oh boy that excites me.

Hi Everyone,
Dusty - just wanted to wish you so much luck for your scan this afternoon - looking forward to hearing the positive results.
HM - great to hear that you are starting to feel better.
BW and Miss C - big congrats to you both! Those that haven't seen it, Miss C has posted a blog about her little one's arrival.
Welcome to Butterflyqld! Congratulations on your BFP. Here's wishing you a H&H pregnancy.
Chez - I remember that feeling all too well! Make sure you eat little and often. I found on the days that I couldn't stomach much that icy poles were my saviour. My OB told me that in the early stages the most important thing is to keep hydrated. So lots of fluids for you!
TL - mum's always "mean well" but sometimes just miss the mark. I think you look beautiful and glowing in your picture.
MC2 - I hope you are well and the spotting has stopped.
Bel - you really are getting a run for your money you poor thing. But it is so good to hear that your twins are doing so well. I hope everything clears up soon so that you can start enjoying your pregnancy.
Hi to LNB, Nixon, BG and everyone else that I have missed!
AFM - Feeling just fine and dandy. Only 98 days left until we meet our little treasure, so we are now on the home stretch! Have been a little more breathless the past couple of days, so bubs must be sitting on my lungs or something! 26 weeks today and just enjoying every minute of it.

Hi all my beautiful friends,
Thanks yet again for all your well wishes and thoughts. As CP told you (thanks CP!!!) I went back to hospital Thurday night with another really big bleed. I had spoken to my OB on Thurs and he told me that if I bled again I was to go straight to hospital...so that's what I did YET AGAIN!!
2 scans over the last 3 days showed both babies to be perfectly fine, but another small pocket of blood in me.
So I am home again now and am NOT going back to that hospital until I delivery these precious babies (I really don't need the hospital tour now!!)
I am on total bedrest..told to go from bed to the toilet and back again. I will do ANYTHING to keep these babies safe so bedrest it is.
The fear in me just doesn't go. Even after I see the little ones on the screen, I am still scared. I do deep down think things will be ok, I'm talking to my babies all the time and I'm trying to stay strong and positive. Just losing that much blood scares the hell out of me.
I am praying that I don't have to go through this bleeding any more. My strength is hard to maintain and at times I want to curl up and cry. BUT I know how blessed I am to be given the gift of these little ones.
Tomorrow we have our nuchal scan, so hopefully I will feel more reassured after that.
I don't like to complain..but I just need a break from the stress and fear.
Sorry for no personals, am exhausted and am going to rest. Will check in on you all later.
Thanks yet again to all of you womderful women,
Hugs Bel

AFM:

DH leaves for Vic at 5.15 in the morning
2.5 days of work left
Need to sleep and stay away from people with colds :)
-
Woo hoo congratulations Miss_C and BW! So lovely to hear your news and I hope you are all well and getting to know one another at this exciting time.
Welcome butterflyqld :)
Bel special hugs to you - you are so brave and are doing so well but it is a lot of stress to carry. Between us PALTTTC girls we can share some of your load and don't EVER feel bad for saying how you feel. That is what BB is here for, and can handle what the rest of the world doesn't necessarily understand -.
Just a quick note as we had our scan this afternoon. The prognosis isn't great but we have a small 10-15% chance of not MCing. Munchkin measured 12 days behind in dates and his/her heart was slow at 80bpm. I think DH was more shocked than I but we have hope and will live every day of our pg to the best of our ability with hope. Another scan is booked for the first week of January.
Have a lovely Xmas all and I will see you on the other side of New Year.
xx
-
dusty - 10-15% chance is still enough to give you hope - and i will hope for you as well hunny
thinking of you
BG
-
Dusty - I replied in your journal as well. I am  for you all that this little one will be in that 10-15%.
Janie xxx

I am not giving up yet Miss Dusty Munckin hand in there!
-
Dusty, sorry that you have to go through this now as well. I have everything crossed for you that your munchkin is in that 10-15% and is able to hold on. Thinking of you.
-
dusty,
i am just hoping and praying that your little one had a slow start! ( like mine ;) )
you have a great result, you have a little baby in there with a heartbeat, thats better then the last scan you had! so you are still heading in the right direction. Munchkin is a fighter and he/she is hanging on and will continue to hang on till august next year.
so instead of saying i am sorry, i am going to say congrats hun:clap:
you have grown a little baby with a heart beat and like you said in your journal, thats an amazing achievement:dance: and i totally agree!!!!
i am so proud of you! i love your attitude and the way you are looking at this. You have done an amazing job and whatever happens, you know that you have done absolutely everything in your power.
i hope you have a wonderful holiday
take care hun xxx

Hello everyone.... can I come back in here and join you now? :hooray: I'm pregnant!!!! Still in shock that we have been granted a natural Christmas miracle. :D We did not expect this at all and when the two lines appeared on my HPT this morning, I could hardly believe my eyes....confirmed with a BT today. Am having brown spotting, but my nurse thinks it's most likely implantation bleeding as I am 12 or 13 DPO, so very early days!
We feel excited and shocked and also nervous and scared that it will be ectopic ( a real risk for me with TTC naturally)...or that it won't stick with us....but I guess I can't live each day in fear and need to try and enjoy my pregnancy too...which is why I decided to come in and post (thanks for the nudge Janie) as I know you ladies will help me along.
Dusty- posted in your journal too, but sending you my very best and hoping your little munchkin fights on and stays with you
Bel...big hugs to you my friend...it's been a stressful time for you and I hope it eases so you can enjoy being pregnant
everyone else...I will try and catch up from here...although I have been checking in from time to time, so hopefully I am not too far behind.
I hope I can stay here for the next 8 months or so ....... to think we nearly didn't bother trying this month, thinking it wouldn't happen anyway and we were both sick with the flu at ovulation time and not exactly in the mood :cold:....glad we did!!!
-
WB possums! and congrats hun - here's hoping for smoother progress this time around!
-
WTG Possums! :D Congratulations!!
-
OMG possums
congrats hun, wow you are one very clever little chicken
what a gorgeous little chrissy present!!!!!!
try not to worry to much about the spotting, i had my af last month and i started spotting the other day ( af is due tomorrow). But i am trying not to let it bother me, i am going to enjoy each day with this little one and whatever happens happens, nothing more i can do, then what i already am doing.
enjoy hun, so very excited for you
-
merry xmas to all !
Possums so happy for you ! Congrats. To everyone else hope you are all well and happy.
Dusty good luck !
speak in the new year

Janie, thanks hun, feeling much better.

Love and Wishes to all others.

Possums - congratulaions, what a Christmas blessing for you. So happy for you.

BG, HM, Kahlan, Janie, Nixon, Devon, Scooby, Cher67, M2C and all the other wonderful ladies in here, sending you big belly rubs.
AFM - 12 week scan today and very excited and nervous. It is my scan without DH so I'm sure I will be a wreck by the time I get there ! Bloods came back all good, a bit low in Vitamin D but that was it.
Take care everyone,
LNB

WTG Possums :cheer:
DH left this AM so bit sad today. Plus Charlotte seems to not be moving as much hopefully it is because of the cold :crossfingers:
-
Woo Hoo Possum, so great to hear you got any early chrsitmas present!!!!
Dusty  that you are in the 10-15% bracket. You are such a strong lady and am sure munchkin will grow nice and strong for you.
Anyway betta fly as we are seeing our OB this morning and our Little June Bug.
Will check in latter.
:bellyrubs: :bellyrubs: to all
-
Hooray Possums!:dance::leap:So very happy for your little Christmas miracle - Well done to you and DH. We are all here to support you for the next 8 months. This is your time!
Nicole - GL with OB appointment today.
LNB - Wow 12 week scan! Enjoy it hun - it really is amzing to see how much your little one looks like a baby by 12 weeks. Can't wait to hear all about it.
TL - drink a cold sugary drink (like fruit juice) and lie on your left hand side if you are worried about movements being a little less than normal. I have had a couple of ocassions where I have freaked a bit about the movements being not as much. I'm sure Charlotte is just a little tired today and catching up on some sleep.
Hi to everyone else, hoping you are all well and enjoying the last couple of days before Christmas. Just think ladies - next Christmas we will all have our little miracles in our arms. How exciting is that!

Hi -
Just back from the scan and everything is perfect ! I cried through the whole thing but saw our perfect little baby. All measurements completely normal. Downs results were fantastic for my age, risk dropped to 1 : 3000 so we are thrilled.
Called DH from the DR's rooms and was still crying, poor thing thought something was wrong, just an emotional wife :)
DH is telling his family in the states tonight and I am off to QLD tomorrow to share the wonderful news with my family. What a very blessed Christmas this year.
Wishing all the wonderful ladies here a very happy, safe and joy filled festive season.
Take care everyone,
LNB
-
thanks everyone for the nice words...
LNB- wonderful results! how lovely for you right on christmas
TL- charlotte is probably just having a quieter patch
Janie- It will be wonderful next christmas...I  this little one hangs in for the long haul for us
nicole - hope all went well with the Ob
afm- still in shock, delighted, nervous
-
TL, Charlotte is probably just have a couple of down days. I noticed it myself the last couple of days. I had felt the occassional movement and then all of a sudden last night he started booting me in the bladder and right down near my cervix (ouch!) and he's been on the go ever since! He definitely has his quiet days though.
-
I just wanted to stop in and wish everyone of you a very lovely and stress free christmas and new year. I'll probably be back on tomorrow, but not 100% sure. Heading to Canberra for Christmas and leaving at lunch time.
I am so over working in the city at Christmas time. Went downstairs to get lunch, it was raining, couldn't be bothered going back up to get umbrella, almost get pushed over at the lights, pass thru underground center to avoid rain, come out the doors back onto street and almost get burnt with a cigarette by a girl having a great old chat right in the doorway to the centre, work people annoying the bejeezus out of me, have to pick up turkey & pork from butchers this arvo, pick up my mum's present for my dad on the way home as well, husbands christmas party tonight, AAARRRRRGHGHGHGHGHGHG. OVER IT.
Poor baby must be so not happy at the moment with the stress I feel under at work. I haven't felt any movement for a while. At least not as regular as Iit was starting to get. Had an Ob appointment yesterday, so I know things are ok, it's just I don't like inflicting this stress on my little innocent.
Think I'm going to go home now and do some relaxation exercises....
My post did start off quite positive.....sorry.
-
hi ladies
i'm very excited to be posting for the first time in this thread (after being in the LTTTC thread for some time).
I was in the dreaded TWW with Possums (yee-ha for Possums!!) and we both had some great pre-Christmas news.
I had a BFP last Friday and then a BT yesterday (15 DPO and HCG 564). I'm very excited - but staying cautious as well. My 7 week scan is booked for 12 Jan, so I'll be trying to stay relaxed till then.
Looking forward to getting to know everyone in here over coming months!
mels x x
-
Mel- yay! I think we are both excited and cautious...hard not to be for us
Nixon- have a nice christmas...I hope you have some time for you... to unwind. I was chatting with a good friend in Sydney this morning and she too said she was over the city right now
-
Hi Possums and Mels,
I am addicted to this website now. Spreading my time between Facebook and Ebay (hahaha) Luckily I am on holidays from school. Love reading everyone's journeys. All the best over the Christmas period. My first scan is set for the 5th January. Wish it would hurry up. Can't wait!!! Looking forward to Christmas with the kids as well.
To all the beautiful ladies, Congrats, Merry Christmas and Healthy Pregnant New Year.
-
Mels :cheer: Possums a 2nd :cheer: well done
-
Merry Christmas!
Hi ladies
Just popped in quickly to wish everyone a very merry and safe Christmas and a happy and healthy pregnancy new year!
And also, congratulations to Possums and Mels - isn't it just the best Christmas present ever? Well done and heres to a H&H pg for you both. :cheer:
Dusty - am glad to hear that the specialist has given you some hope. Take the next few weeks to relax and hopefully you will have better news in the new year. Thinking of you
To everyone else, lots of :bellyrubs::bellyrubs:
We leave for an extended holiday tomorrow morning and I won't be back on line until about my scan date, which is 5th Jan. Even though we will have visitors at the time, which will make it interesting trying to keep the pg a secret from them, I will try to pop in and catch up and post the results.
Take care all,
xx
-
Hi girls,
Congrats Mel...Fabulous news, welcome to the otherside!! Good luck hun and I am sure you won't need it.
Nic, I just wanted to come in and give you a big cyber hug and a cyber foot massage!! You poor duck...you day sounds very trying. The smoker would have tipped me over the edge. Funny, but i have a harder time controlling my gob these days. Hope it gets better for you hun...and if not...become the foreman of Christmas and delegate until your heart is content.
AFM- Hmmm, well i feel a bit strange really. It is only my head playing tricks on me...starting to think too much and question too much. You see the last few days i have seen a major lift in symptoms. It was hard to tell at first because i got that cold...but now that it is lifting, i notice i have hardly got any MS anymore...none yesterday. I am still peeing a lot, but my boobs are not tender at all anymore. So apart from being tired and peeing through the night...i feel pretty normal. I haven't seen or had any BTs for the baby yet like most women in here...which i chose and i am totally cool with...but i find myself today thinking...MY God, am I pregnant. Might sound stupid coming from someone reaching the 12 week milestone but there you have it. I trust that everything is fine and i am over analyzing stuff again...I should just appreciate that the MS has gone and hope it doesn't come back. My appetite is still pretty low and uninspired.
Anyway..i am blabbing. Love and xmas wishes to you all.
HMxoxo
-
HM, sounds like you may have reached the "other side"! You might be on your way to have a great second tri and start to feel fantastic...enjoy it!! ;) I know when my m/s and various other symptoms disappeared I didn't feel pregnant all of a sudden and had some energy back. Apparently that's why 2nd tri is supposed to be so fantastic....but I still found it stressful as a LTTTC'er as I am sure we all do.
I remember at about 10w I had tonsilitis and all of my pg symptoms seemed to disappear but came back with a vengeance a few days after I started to feel better.
-
Oh MEgan, thanks for that. Lets hope mine are history too and no 'return with a vengeance' is looming. Hell i have Christmas Lunch to think about eating! LOL It is a strange feeling and i woke up thinking...i might POAS...at 11.5 weeks, what a laugh. I have even got a little bit of Mojo back. I just feel a bit different all together. Gosh our bodies are incredible. Thanks for the reassurance...for a moment i needed to hear that.
Love HM xoxo
Oh chez67..have a great holiday and hope the secret stays under wraps...you would be doing better than me.xx
