Well done Bel - Glad to see you here.

My results were 130 on Day 15 then up to 720 on Day 18 then 1140 Day 21.

Do you have to wait til the 7 week scan before they are able to tell you 1 or 2?

Megan - Re: The Cat - I had some pain during the day, but OB said not to worry unless there was bleeding. So, all good since then :-)

Congrats Bel! Sorry to hear about OHSS - not fun ... hope the pain subsides quickly!

Shann ... 17 days how exciting! Woo hoo!

Lots going on in here - big 'hi' to you all, so sorry for lack of personals. Am feeling kinda groggy myself today after a very restless night sleeping and being possessed by crazy thoughts of m/c. Stupid I know ... I swing from being positive to being seized by anxiety and fear (ie fear of losing my superbub - yes that is my bubs nickname - thanks TL).
Am 6 weeks today ... and counting down days to scan next Thurs. all goes well!

    Morning All,

Janie- I'm so happy to be here with you. I can't believe how far along you are already. Does sound like twins at this stage doesn't it??!! Will be blessed with one baby, but double blessed with 2.

    A question for you all...

Were you or are you on progesterone support after you got your BFP?? My FS wasn't going to have me on support, but it is what I have always known and he was more than happy to have me continue on 2 crinone til they run out, then 2 pessaries thereafter. Would be interstested to know what everyone is doing??

    Have a great day all

Hi everyone I just cant keep up and cant seem to get on here regularly enough, maybe when i finish work?
Bel: It is just the best seeing you here, big congrats and a wootwooo to twins wouldnt that be awesome!! As for me i was taken off prog as soon as i got my BFP because my prog level was over 900 so didnt need it, but i must admit i was abit scared not to have it.
    Janie: how are you going?
Possums: i hope your travelling ok you are very strong and brave and we cant wait to see you back in here really soon.
    Nicole: roll on friday
Mon: 6 weeks thats great and i bet you cant wait till that scan good luck!!
Shan: been wondering how your going not long now and id say with all those braxton hicks you wont be needing an induction!!
Nixon: how you going? i had alot of cramping and a bit of spotting for the first 12 -14 weeks its scary but obvisouly everything was ok.
Megan: that does sound very normal i still even wake up some mornings and think i dont feel pregnant ?! Hope your ok and having less stress from work can only be good!
BG, BW, Devon and anyone i missed hi!! hope you are all keeping well. Devon we are in 2 digits the countdown is truly on !

AFM: going good, i "think" ive finally popped although i said something about the CS and someone replied "are you pregnant" Only 6.5 monthes but it gave me a laugh. Gotta stop eating donuts I think i may have SPD as i have the constant feeling of being kicked between the legs, i cant stand on one leg to put pants on and rolling over in bed is agony, might have to give into the brace as i really dont want to stop excercising!
    Well catch you all soon!!!!

    Hi All,

Scooby - hey there! I am doing really well thanks for asking. Hanging out waiting for my 20 week scan in a little under 2 weeks now. Feeling lots of flutters now too which is kinda cool! Wow - 6.5months and people still can't tell you are pregnant! I'm only 18 weeks and I had someone on the train offer me a seat and then on the tram the same thing happened! I must be going to be huge!

Bel - I know I can't quite believe that I am almost half way through! In some ways it has seemed to take so long, but looking back, it has flown by! In regards to the prog support, I remained on pessaries until I was 10 weeks exactly. But I had a HRT FET, so I had not ovulated naturally and therefore did not have a corpus luteum to support the embryo with the right hormones. The reason they tell you to stop at 10 weeks is because there is no evidence that if taken longer it does any good. I believe that is also around the time that the placenta takes over nourishing the baby. I was also on estrogen support up until that time. It was scary when I had to stop it all... it was like my safety net and I was petrified that stopping it was going to effect the pregnancy.

Possums - hope you are doing okay

to everyone out there... hope you are all travelling well and enjoying your pregnancies.

Scooby, I hope I'm 6.5 months before someone asks if I'm pregnant! lol I probably just look like I'm carrying a lot of extra weight at the moment!
Bel, congratulations. How exciting at the thought of having twins! When is your u/s?
Janie, how exciting you get to see bubs again soon. I can't wait for my 20 week scan, even though I am nervous about it. When did you first notice flutters?
I thought I noticed something a week ago but thought I must have imagined it. The last 2 nights I have definitely felt something. Kind of like butterflies, or a twitching kind of sensation. I have only noticed it when I'm laying quietly in bed. I can't wait to feel more!

Megan, that sure sounds like movement to me! I had barely recognisable flutters around 13-14 weeks, and got my first distinct pokes at 15 weeks (the first movements I felt when I wasn't lying down resting)... but it took a lot longer before I could actually count on feeling movement regularly. More like 20+ weeks for that to happen. But it's starting! How exciting!

I'm so tired I'm bordering on incoherent... think I might just get a really early night tonight.

    Hi All,

Hope everyone had a good day. I'm cruising along on cloud nine still. Don't think I'll ever come down!

Possums- You are such a sweetie. Can't wait to be in here with you in a couple of months. You are ALWAYS in my heart and thoughts.

TL- When is the Brissy meet up planned for? If I'm feeling better from this OHSS I may be able to make it.

BW- Hope you got a good sleep last night. I'm having a daily siesta at the moment while recovering...nothing better than a nana nap!

Megan- Scan for me is on Monday. How exciting to feel flickers! I'm looking forward to everything thst comes with being pg.

Janie- Thanks for the info on progesterone. I emailed my FS yesterday and he got back to me saying to stay on the support as it can't hurt at all. Halfway for you..CRAZY!! I remember my happiness when you got your BFP. How fast time goes. Soon your baby will be in your arms.

Scooby- Thanks for the kind words. Is great to finally be here. How cute that you have popped!!

Nicole- You must be so excited about next Friday..I can't even imagine.

Mon- I think those late night thoughts are natural. I wish we didn't have them though and could just enjoy every moment of this amazing time in our lives. Am thinking of you.

TL- Gee I'm happy to be here with you too..have been snooping here for so long..wishing I was here with you all. Hugs to you.

Shannon- Sorry for not knowing exactly where you are at, but am I right that you are having twins next week? Can you remember what your HCG was on your initial BT day? Hope you are feeling ok with the swelling and that your BP is ok.

Sorry if I missed anyone..am going to try to work out where everyone is at.

Am pleased to report that I have lost 10 of the 11.5 kgs I put on with the OHSS. Am starting to feel human again but am still like a sloth on the lounge!!

    Have a good night all.

    Hugs Bel
