No, things haven't really sunk in for me yet. My sis told me with her first pg she didn't have to wear maternity gear until 21w, so that news combined with the fact my placenta is anterior (yours is too, isn't it Gab?) I figure my morph scan is my next reassurance, still 6 long weeks off, then who knows how many more weeks until blobby starts kicking.
