Welcome and congrats, BJ. In answer to your question, I think you'll only really know if you've got twins or not once you have your first scan. But I'm carrying twins and if it's anything to go by, my first Hcg level at 14 days post a 5-day FET transfer was 3,163, and then one week later it was 23,659.

Juniper, sorry to hear that MS has you in its grips! Ginger and crackers, and I think I've heard ginger ale too is supposed to help ... Re your question about listeria, the midwife at my clinic said that leftovers had to be consumed within 12 hours, and I think you're right about the food needing to be really hot. If you go back over this thread, there was some discussion about listeria a little while ago.

S'rose, can totally understand how frustrating that must have been for you to feel rushed. It's taken me a long time to not get rushed out of my FS rooms. I have a list of written questions for each visit. No doubt he thinks, oh,no, here comes the pain in the butt again but too bad. When I first saw him, I was like yes, no, and no, I have no questions. My partner was the one who said "Well I have some questions!" - thankfully. So you don't see your FS again now? When do you see your OB? My DH is like yours, a CEO too, and he too works really long hours. Not only that, he has children from a previous marriage so because I've been stuck at home alone while he's been working these hours, it's like the only time I see him is when he takes time off work to pick up his kids and then he spends his time with them! It's vent time here by the looks of it. I totally hear your concerns (and Lise's) about whether they're going to be there after bubs are born. I've wanted - we've wanted - a child for a long time and have been trying for a long time, but I am realising how much everything is going to change - and me and change don't mix all that well. But your DH sounds wonderful and very supportive, and I am sure he will be there for you 100% when you need him.
