Jaki- I believe the paid leave is means tested on Your income- not combined. I believe it goes on your income for the 12 months prior to having the baby and is $150K.

That's the advice I've been given anyway as we are in the same boat as you- DH earns too much for us to get the baby bonus but we've been told we can get the paid leave.
