Juniper, I think meltdowns are part and parcel of being UTD. Those damn PG hormones! It's been pretty easy for me to turn on the waterworks this entire PG and ATM I am so short-tempered with anyone who annoys me - and these annoying people seem to be in abundance I'm sure you'll sort out your work problem.
