Afm, I'm just completely over work. Is that normal to happen so early? I honestly don't know how women manage to work until their due dates. I think anyone who manages that is just amazing! 3.5 weeks to go and I desperately wish today were my last day... I'm finding sitting in this chair very uncomfortable some days (today is one of them) and I just want to go home and lie down so I can stretch out... :(
Sorry for the whinge. I do still think I've gotten off lightly with physical symptoms so far and am appreciative of that.
Anyway, Friday didn't go as planned - it rained so the patio guys gave up and left after a couple of hours and then the a/c man never showed up (great first impression for a new customer). The guys are finishing the patio today (if all went well - they were working on it when we left for work) and the a/c man visited on Saturday (after I rang on Friday afternoon and complained - they don't normally work weekends and they then didn't charge us for servicing the machines, so at least they were serious about making amends for deleting our appointment). Antenatal classes on the weekend were good, but I was surprised by how much I already knew. I guess I spend too much time online?
We also ordered a cradle on Saturday and we were told it will be a 6 week wait. Needless to say, I'm now panicking about all the things we haven't bought yet. I just wasn't ready to buy any big things before now (still not ready to be honest) and suddenly we may be out of time.

Brunette has had her beautiful babies A Boy and A Girl. She has them yesterday at 8.45pm. Her blood pressure was high and there was protein in urine so they had to come out! Babies are perfect and neither needed special nursery care, both were born crying and both are feeding off the breasts. They do have low blood sugar however so they do need a formula feed.
Names are yet to be decided on but i will keep you posted if i hear anything!!

Lairdoz, i know i have been going to take them off then i think what if they come back on. I just did a search for both of them however and couldn't find any posts or anything from either of them so maybe they aren't on anymore. I will edit the list and add them in the baby section if they happen to post a BA.

Back from Port Douglas, where the sun shone, and we had a lovely time. DH felt the wee man move for the first time, while we chilled by the pool. He's been pretty active since then. We've even seen my tummy move slightly which was cool. Back to Brissy and the rain and work and furbabies and normal life. Back to work tomorrow........... xx

Airline, PD is great - we went there on our honeymoon, kind of ate too much and had too many ****tails ... ah, the memories. Don't worry, work will fly by and it won't be long before you're finishing up. Glad to hear your DH felt the kicks!
Renee, thanks for keeping up the list and it looks like you and Chrissy are next cabs off the rank. Thinking of you guys. Hey, any name news from Brunette?
Juniper, re work, all I can say is "hear hear". I can't stand work at the moment, and I've never been work-shy and always liked being busy. I think there's a point where the body (and mind) says Enough already. Something more important is going on. Also, I'm having sore hips/bum at night keeping me up, so work is a killer.
Lairdoz, hope your DH's business is going well and that GT went ok.
AFM, I've been pretty busy with classes (Calmbirth - quite good, though nothing to really rave about) and got a pram. AND, I went to U2! It was so amazing. I am a die-hard fan since I was a kid, like 10 years old. So ... I know it's pretty sad, but I loved it. I saw two other pregnant girls there. I know it's not the greatest for bubs, but it's such a one-off and I was just kind of proud of myself for just going and having fun.
