Thanks for the messages. Kelly it is good to know that even though you have had recurring bouts it has eased enough in between for you to be able to get on with life for a couple of weeks. I just had a lie down for an hour and when I got up the pain came back extreme but it eased alot as soon as I lay flat on my back again so I just stayed in bed for another hour and then got up and was okay - the pain is tolerable.
Now I'm wondering if I should have cancelled my work for tomorrow but I know how hard it is for the parents as they then need to try to organise other childcare or take the day off work. I'm just hoping I feel okay by 6.30 tomorrow morning (working 6.30am to 6pm tomorrow).
Gotta ring my Nan to wish her a happy birthday and I feel so crappy but hopefully she won't notice as I don't want to have to explain anything to her. She also doesn't know I am pregnant or that I have been undergoing IVF etc. Figure there was no point telling her until I could no longer hide it as she has alzheimers (however it's spelt) and I don't want to confuse her.
I have read that internal hemorrhoids often fix themselves in time so I'm hoping the surgery team might just investigate to check that is definately all it is and then let them go.
