Yep. I had that issue when we went to Hong Kong in December. Never thought it would be an issue but I ended up hospitalised there for pregnancy issues. The medical bills I ended up with are all my responsibility! Mine was in fact a natural conception, but they took the fact that I was having hormone assistance following conception and an ovulation trigger as both assistance and complications.
Made me pretty furious. The only thing stopping me from losing it with them is the knowledge that my bub is ok - makes my medical bills seem a bit insignificant plus I just don't have the energy for a fight with an insurance company.
