I don't have any 'smell' memories, but sounds! I had to change the ring tone on my mobile because every time it rang, it reminded me so strongly of the IVF clinic ringing in the afternoon to tell me that my bloods or my scan was no good - so once I got my PG, the sound of that ring tone actually made me feel sick and I had to change it.
