I drives me mental too - I guess it's hard to let go of old habits.
We decided to try for a while before going back to IVF, even though the odds were very low and every month I got my hopes up.... it sucks.
And then even if it seemed like I was ovulating properly, I wonder what is the point if DH's sperm can't swim?
still make mental notes of CM even though I know that DH and I have no chance of concieving naturally - and we are both to tired to Oh - the bathroom cupboard also looks like a chemist I now need so many differnt level of 'absorbancy' to deal with AF - god I wish like hell for the days when 'average' got me through the day and night!
Hell, I'm on the pill and I STILL take note of what my CM is doing. Some things become so ingrained over time that it's hard to give them up - even when they aren't needed any more.
