As you can see from my sig we went through IVF (ICSI) and I started acupuncture a few weeks before the cycle, immediately before/after the transfer and then throughout my pregnancy. I also had a week off after the egg pick up which meant for a few days after the transfer (we had a day 2 embie transferred) I was a completely lazy sod and spent my days reading on the couch I didn't drink alcohol throughout the cycle but didn't change my diet or anything otherwise. Oh, and I was taking elevit too.
