I have found that up until about the first birthday, I was hoping not to be pregnant yet, and then as soon as baby was 1, I couldn't wait to be pregnant again. But, that's just me.
It took us quite a while to conceive our babies. (15 months of trying for DD1, 19 months with no birth control until DD2, and 14 months with no birth control for this baby.) The wait was really stressful when TTC DD1. Now I am thankful for that, I think, because we don't worry about birth control - it just seems like God sends us the next one when we are ready!
