Thankyou so much Mumof2beauties for your reply. I am sorry for the losses of your beautiful babies.
It is helpful to know your story and to see your positive experience on Clexane.
My losses are in the 15th week of pregnancy and so I need to be supported with treatment earlier into the pregnancy. Like you there has been no definitive diagnosis however it seems that overwhelmingly these late losses are attributable to some type of clotting dysfunction. My ob has been in consultation also with a professor and together we have decided to treat me with low dose asprin and clexane from the 6th week of pregnancy. However there is some discussion at the moment on weather we should start asprin preconception. Have you heard of this?
I just needed to hear from women who have gone through the process and come out the other end with a baby! Thankyou thankyou thankyou! Can you tell me why you are having a c/s? Is it due to other reasons? Why have you and your doctors decided on continuing the clexane up to 36 weeks?
My ob says that he usually ceases the clexane around 28-30 weeks. However I have said that I want to continue it up to around 37 and have an induction around 38 weeks. I just want that baby out alive! George is very supportive of my need to do that.

Anyway unfortunately this recent pregnancy did not continue and I miscarried on Friday last week. George thinks it is totally unrelated to my previous losses so keep your fingers crossed for me that our time comes soon for a healthy LONG pregnancy and a healthy alive baby at the end.

I hope you can answer my few questions if you feel comfy doing so. I am so happy for you and I will be excited to see in a few weeks news of your beautiful birth.

Thankyou again for taking the time to help me.
Big hugs
