Clexane and Aspirin dont seem to be helping

    Hi,
I am currently 16 weeks pregnant. I am on Cleaxne and Aspirin but they dont seem to be working. I had an ultrasound a few days ago and though the baby was the right size and has a good heart beat the fluid is very low. I had an amnio last week to rule out a genetic problem and got the all clear. I lost a baby last year at 19 weeks and I was also on Clexane and Aspirin. My OB thinks that it is very unusual the the Clexane and Aspirin isnt working but here I am looking like I am going to lose another baby. Of all the stories I have read Clexane and Aspirin seem to work for everyone but not me. I have a DS who is 5 who was born at 28 weeks due to severe IUGR and I didnt take anything during his pregnancy! I am currently on 40mg Clexane daily and 100mg Aspirin. I have just contacted my OB to ask about increasing the dose of Clexane as many people seem to be on a higher dose than me. I have had all the tests and I have got a high level of anti nuclear antibodies.
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions that might help me.
    Thanks
    Megan

Thanks for your message. Still pregnant, 21 weeks and 3 days. Baby small and still low fluid but seems to be surprising all of the doctors and doing OK. Have weekly ultrasounds just to make sure baby is still doing OK. Big ultrasound at 23 weeks to see how big bubs is and then they will just see how much further I can go. I am still holding out hope that this baby will make it but know that it will be born early and small.
    Thanks for your concern
    Megan
