oh no, is it happening again?

Wednesday, medium positive FRER and hcg = 53. Friday... dark positive FRER (same as the control line).

Fast forward to sunday... we spent the weekend camping, and it's hot so I've been drinking a lot of water.

On the way home I stopped to go to the toilet and drank a bottle of water. 30 minutes later I got home and did an IC hpt and it was negative, maybe just a smidge of an evap / very faint positive. What gives? Surely the hcg can't be gone already if it is another miscarriage???

Your urine may be diluted. Also, tests can show different darkness.

Maybe test again in the morning with FMU.

I thought at 4w4d your hpt would turn positive the second your pee hit it, regardless of how concentrated your urine was? I guess I am concerned the real level of hcg is still very very low. Pardon my paranoia .

Forgot to mention that I still have the gloopy pregnancy CM and sore boobs.

paranoia is normal. 4wk4d is still really early. I just looked up the HCG levels for my last pregnancy:
4wk6d - 51, prog 59 - so this hcg is lower than yours.
    5wk2d - 222, prog 52
    5wk5d - 834
    6wk2d - 5,363
    6wk5d - 14,324
    7wk2d - 31,476

Hcg levels fluctuate a lot ofter 6000ml, so there's no point testing them. I did, because, hey, I was paranoid.

The other thing you could do, is stop testing, stop POAS. If you must POAS, use another FRER with FMU tomorrow. When's your next blood test?

Those Internet cheapies are so bad. Your urine would be so diluted I wouldn't be using them. Use a FR they are more reliable. Thinking of you

Maruschke, could you go get a digital test? Or test in the morning perhaps?
Hope you get a beautiful, bold line next wee.

Try and keep calm until the morning, I know, easier said than done. Get another FRER test if you can.
    Take care

Hun your wee was probably too diluted as drinking lots!

I'd say that your urine was very diluted and the test was inaccurate. This early in your pg, it's best to test with FMU. Thinking of you x

Try and remain positive, its still early days. i know its hard, once youve experienced a miscarriage, you end up soo paranoid during subsequent pregnancies. Sending lots of sticky vibes xxx

OK got a BT and did a FRER after holding my pee for 4 hours, and it's a very faint line. Get the results of the beta back at 3.30 and I'm sure there will be some tears.

Does anyone know when I can expect to start passing the "products of conception" (I hate that phrase)?

So sorry to hear this has happened to you again. I always count the 1st day of bleeding after a m/c (whether natural or D&C) as CD1.
Hoping the future holds a sticky bub for you & soon!
    Hugs xxxx
