Silver Bell - firstly congratulations! I hope this is your sticky baby and you will have one to bring home earthside in 2012. I can't help you with the HCG injections, but obviously your tests on CD3 aren't going to happen because you're not going to have a cycle for a LONG time Only thing I can say is to try to relax (yes, I know it's impossible) and focus on the fact that you ARE pregnant. I look forward to seeing your HCG level rise and rise.

AFM, still here, nothing to report. Baby seems lower today, but that happens every so often (silly second babies). My student middy friend was just over and she had a feel, says head feels really low today - we've got our fingers crossed bubs wont make us wait too long!

I'm on my phone so it's hard to write much or do many persies but
The_Mrs - good luck and baby hang in there for a while longer!
Rach - so sorry for your 2 losses, huge hugs xxoo
Phebee - I feel exactly like that re food, somedays starving especially in the morning and then I can't be bothered eating at night it is like I am so over food! Lol also it does sound like sciatica, my Chiro told me to try sitting on a tennis ball and rolling it around the affected area or lean up against a wall with it, hope that helps.
AFM - somedays I have to remind myself I'm actually pregnant, not much going on back to the obs on 9 dec, still getting nauseous if I don't eat, smells are getting to me a little bit but I constantly worry that my weight and being "obese" is affecting my baby, I haven't put any weight on at all and I'm 13.5 weeks now.
I hope everyone else is traveling well.

Thankyou everyone for the well wishes but this is going to be a me post. On thanksgiving this past thursday my bf 10 year old ran full speed into me and almost knocked me over and the child could care less. But i went to the dr yesterday and found out that my bp is still going up wish i am worried i might go toxic this time and they did this test to check if i would go into labor in the next two weeks and it came back postive. I am have blood suger issues so for me to take the steroids for her lungs could hurt more then help her. I am 34 weeks its not like when i was pregnat with honor i could just go take a nap this child is super active. So that is what is going on sorry this is about me but i wish everyone else well

Just have to quickly jump in here for a few seconds sorry to gate crash..... Some of you have known me through a lot of highs and a lot lows but this news I have to say to you all... We are officially TTC i'm just so thrilled that we have taken this next step and have tried to honour our son with the time we have grieved, I know there is no right or wrong time frame to grieve but I just had to tell some one as we aren't telling anyone IRL not until we have a definite baby in this oven.... So happy right now

Girls, if you haven't seen my BA ... Amelia is here. She arrived on 30/11/11 at 10.43pm weighing in at a teeny 850 grams and had a HC of 24cm. Length of 33cms. Born by emergency c sec... We are both going fine at the moment I've just expressed 8ml (yay) from both boobies so she will have something to start on when she's ready for EBM.

Ok girls off to sleep. Still in hospy so draining with a premmie. Hmm.

Oh Maruschke, I am so happy for you hun! Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers for a very sticky bub!

Re: the miscarriage fear... As a Christian I always find prayer and just surrendering the situation completely to God in trust helps. But if you're not that way inclined I guess just take each day as it comes and remind yourself that others have been through it and successfully. I hope that doesn't sound like hollow platitudes and actually helps you! Really, it's hard to suggest anything useful when it's so out of your control *hugs* xxx

Thanks Phebee. Yes I am a Christian but I also know the reality is that Christians suffer miscarriage at the same rate as everyone else . TTC#2 has been a very interesting journey from that aspect. Anyway, the FRER's are slowly getting darker, still nowhere near as dark as the control line, but dark enough to see it only by the light of my laptop on an unusually chilly summer morning .

    Belly rubs all.

I'll just stay quietly excited for you Maruschke! As far as the paranoia goes? It comes and goes. There is no problem with having regular scans, but of course that's not relevant yet. I reckon that time before scanning is the scariest, but it never quite goes away. That probably doesn't help, but at least you know you're not alone! I hope this one is your sticky, take home bubby after such a long journey! Love and

Jess, Helle's baby was actually born on 1/12/2011 Our babies were the same gestation, length, head circ, gender - everything except Issy was 30g heavier than Abby! Pretty spot on

I miss being pregnant girls... I wish I could still be taking belly pics each week and comparing growth with you all. But my little miss is doing well in NICU and amazing the doctors and us everyday.

I seen her have a Brady yesterday and it nearly killed me to see her like that. All the machines going off and stuff but she's in the best hands and I need to be there for her.

I'm hopefully being discharged tomorrow. If my bp stays relatively stable (its still fairly high but that's expected after Pre Eclampsia.

I'll be stalking you beautiful ladies and looking forward to seeing all your ba's when your babes are fully cooked no earlier please ladies Xxx love u all xxx

Thanks for all the support x

Maruschke - CONGRATULATIONS!!!! What a fantastic little December surprise!

Loops - awesome news on your scan! Getting to see little munchkin is always nice. Hope your headaches go away.

LysnDan - isn't funny how as soon as they are here you miss being pregnant? Sorry you had to witness a brady - did Amelia recover quickly? Is she on many meds? Can't believe she's already 1 weeks old. What is your nickname for her ? Milly? AJ? I sometimes call my Amelia - Meils, but mostly just her name.

Well not much going on here. Recovering after the germ virus descended on our house this past week. Thankful for the reprieve of the 24/7 nausea and fatigue. Almost thought I could feel some flutters the other day... pretty early I know. But it got me curious.

Well I am off to have some BT's - antenatal ones plus ones for the NT scan and then make a rare appearance at my mothers group. Hope everyone is going ok. This pregnancy is so very different from all my others, it's amazing what having an awesome distraction can do. I just don't have the same amount of time to spend worrying... well so far. We'll see.

Lys I hope your beautiful little girl is growing strong. FX your bp is stabalised enough to be discharged tomorrow. Stay strong

Loops when is your 20w scan?

Dory I agree the distraction is welcomed. I can't believe you are 10 weeks already! Mustn't be long til the next scan and you can see your precious little bub again

AFM I don't have the energy to worry any more today about this pregnancy, it will either make it or it won't! We won't get the BT's back until 3.30 pm Monday and that feels like forever away. I have such little faith in my body. I have to keep reminding myself that I am PUPO as the LTTTC girls say, pregnant until proven otherwise.

Hope everyone is having a lovely day

    xoxo

Just letting you know that Angelfish has had her bubs, a girl Lily. She was item and is in Nicu. I don't know much else yet. Keep her on your thoughts and send them some strength and love.
