thanks Yas and Joeve- I'm on 80mg but changing to 40mg
I am on 40mg I hope that's a better dose for you. :) hugs and no more bleeding xx
thanks just had my scan, bubba good, no obvious reason for bleed so she said must be a blood vessel getting torn as everything grows and bleeding a lot cos of the blood thinners. I can handle bleeding as long as its not affecting the baby. Can this pregnancy get to full term already??
Must be a huge relief Saffy! FX it doesn't happen again. Bring on FT... I agree!
Yay for scan!! Yes I am also in a hurry for Christmas, new year and Australia day so this can be at the end!!!
Saffy - I'm so pleased bubs is ok! Let's hope it's something tiny and insignificant causing the bleed. Looks like it since your ob confirmed everything is great. Did she say anything about it possibly being from the cervix? I hope that was the last of it. Have you still got that doppler at home for peace of mind?
Yas- 4 days with no bleeding - wohoo!! Congrats on 12 weeks. In the future you're going to be one of those ladies who can post on BB and give hope to others about how you had lots of bleeding in the first trimester and had a perfect baby anyway :D Yes, I have a rather large belly and feel huge- but it's really cool  I've finally started feeling movement - some days I get lots, some days none - makes me nervous sometimes but I still love feeling it when it's there!
Mich- Yay for movements!!!! I promise within 4 weeks bub's will be kicking up a storm! I love it when you can feel them move around- so reassuring. Do you know whether your placenta is anterior or posteria? I so hope i am one of those ladies in the future! Never thought i would be though! xx
Saffy- How are you going lovely? Iv'e been worrying about you  xxx
DG- Sweetheart hope your going ok, miss you xxx
Afm- I have a scan tomorrow at 11:15. I'm actually really nervous, can't sleep, watching shaun of the dead (love this movie but then again i am a zombie fan! ) Still haven't had anymore bleeding which is good... So scared about this scan, even though i feel like everything's ok (iv'e finally developed pg symptoms!)
Hope everyone's going well xxx
I'll be thinking of you for your scan tomorrow Yas. Hopefully all is well and you get to see your gorgeous bubba waving at you :D.
good luck for your scan Yas- it will all be fine and i will be :crossfingers: for you anyway but you won't need it- imagine how relaxed you will feel after the scan! ( well for a few days anyway if you are like me lol). thanks for thinking of me I am fine, just spotting now but almost gone so I am happier, just taking it easy. So glad your bleeding has stopped hopefully it won't come back xx
Mich- can you believe I brought my doppler back the day before it happened so now when I need it I haven't got it!!- just assuming everything is ok, I will survive without it. I'm excited you are feeling movements but I hope I don't have to wait til 21 weeks myself!! I am hanging out now to start feeling something, every night I lie in bed and really concentrate to see if I can feel anything but nothing yet ( i know its really early, just impatient)
Joeve-I see you have morning sickness, mine started wearing off by 9 weeks nad I only had it every 3 days or so so don't panic if you start feelign normal. Is your baby due on Australia Day? Love how you are 9 weeks, are you feeling a bit more confident, I did by 9/10 weeks- only a few more weeks of first trimester left!!
Maruschke- you are 34 weeks, wow on the home stretch! Are you still planning to get induced?
Hi everyone else, hope all are well and bellys are growing xxx
Yas goodluck and can't wait to hear that bubba is all ok.
Saffy no not til Feb but I want all those dates to be behind me already lol I joked with a friend that until I see a bubba emerging from my hoohar I won't be able to relax.
M not long for you now!!! It's almost august already :)
Mich yay for little movements how exciting x
Hello everyone else x
Maruschke- thanks babe  xx
Saffy- I'm so relieved to hear that Hun! I was very worried about you and your bubba. I'm glad your resting, have you decided if your going back to work or not yet?
Joeve- thankyou Hun. It's hard to relax- especially when all you've had is loss. Big  xx
Afm- I'm being childish and refusing to get out of bed because I'm really scared of the scan today, and because I feel so sick in the tummy. DH 'punished' me by placing the baby on the bed and leaving the room. So then I got slobbery kisses and my forehead rubbed by another baby forehead (so cute, he just does it and cooes at the same time!) Now I really have to get up and get ready but I DON'T WANNA! I'll let you know how we go...
Xxx
Good Luck Yas!
Good luck today Yas, thinking of you! Placenta is posterior by the way...
Saffy - so pleased the bleeding has calmed down, argh - bad timing with the doppler! Always the way. I actually think I felt the first flutter around 18 and a half weeks but I only felt something every few days and wasn't 100% sure it wasn't just gas, ha ha.
Joeve - 9 weeks, yippeeeeeee!
Baby is ok!!! Placenta is anterior though! I really hoped for a posterior placenta this time, but oh well. It was a bit sleepy today but kicked up a storm near the end of the ultrasound. Due date still the same.
Thanks for your support girls!! I'm going to get serious about looking for a pram I like and a new car....
Wonderful news Yas! Congratulations  I'm glad you got to see the little one all active, so cute :)
Have fun pram shopping now. I made my first baby related purchase on the weekend (big step!). Finally time to have fun I think!!
Woo Hoo Yas! Great news.
Wow, I think i will start buying baby stuff when I get my first contraction :D
Great news Yas, very excited to hear xx
Awesome Yas! I'm slightly jealous about the new car too :D.
Yay Yas! Im so happy your miracle bub Bunko has hung on! Hooray! Have fun pram shopping. Im getting a new pram too and I cant wait to buy it.
Mich - time to go crazy with the shopping I think. 21w already, that is soooo great. Im so glad you are feeling movements.
Saffy - so happy to hear all is well. Im so sorry youve had so many scares, I hope it is smooth sailing from here.
Maruschke - Getting so close for you now. Im so jealous, lol.
AFM -
Im doing ok, still hanging on. I had a scare on Friday night. I started contracting and it was getting painful so I was convinced I was in labour, but of course when I arrived at hospital all the pain subsided, and Im only getting light BH every day now, so nothing to worry about, but of course I cant help but feel paniky every time I get one. Im feeling movements every day now so I know that baby is ok.
People are noticing that Im pg now and it makes me really nervous, I just cant imagine getting to the end of this pg and every time someone finds out Im pg, I just have a sinking feeling in my stomach. I also still feel sick so I dont even feel like Im out of the first trimester yet. I had a look at baby clothes the other day and I had to leave the store because I was crying my eyes out thinking about how much I want this baby and about how much I miss my little ones that didnt make it. It was a bittersweet moment. Anyway, the scan is next week and Im not finding out the gender. I think a surprise will be lovely since its our last ever baby. Hurry up December!
DG - I think it is totally understandable given what you've been through! Enjoy your scan next week :) hopefully it will help you connect with the permanency of this bub :D.
Do we still have a list? Who is next to pop?
I'm still here - 15 weeks today :)
Rach your weeks seem to be flying and mine are dragging how does that work!! Ha ha
Haha. I'm not sure. I feel they are going fast too! And that's after my OB changed my DD a week later too!
mines dragging too joeve!
Congratulations maruschke!
Congratulation Maruschke on your beautiful little girl! She must have been very eager to meet you :)
Congratulations Maruschke! I am so thrilled your beautiful little girl is here, albiet a bit early. Enjoy every second!
Big congratulations on your pink bundle Maruschke!
well done Maruschke!! Cute that your baby wanted to surprise you!!
Hi ladies I hope you dont mind me popping in here.... I am pg again and really don't think I am coping as well as I had hoped I would. I lost my beautiful baby boy at 21 weeks in 09 and three years to the day later I found out we were pg again. Excited of course but now being almost 15 weeks I am worried. Stupid I know I should be happy and all but I just can't get rid of the feeling that it may happen again. I am so afraid of disappointing DH and my family if something did go wrong. How did you cope? How do you block it from your mind? Other than having a scan every week lol! I do have a scan on Friday for the second NT result (apparently they do it twice for twins), just really anxious. TIA xx

Welcome Aries not sure the fear ever goes. I have passed my previous fear dates but I recognize how anxious you are heading to that date. I think personally you have to take it one day at a time and recognize that you won't ever be one if those people who never think about negative stuff happening. I have friends who had the whole nursery set up by 12 weeks. I would never be able to be that person. The girls in here are awesome and we all can relate to the sad fact that things don't always go to plan, however the best part is that lots of beautiful women in here share their success and that keeps me going xx
Thanks Joeve I guess it is something that will never go away. I just hate that something as special as pregnancy is marred by such negative thoughts at times. There is no way I could have set anything up yet, I have been given some things already but they are tucked away out of sight. I was feeling great up until the start of this week, I don't know what changed. I know it won't be the same but I want to feel excited about this pg like I did with my previous one. Thanks for your lovely reply xx

I find it comes and goes Aries.
My second miscarriage baby was supposed to be due this week and I'm finding I want to lash out at someone. Best if I stay home I think! I just want to fast forward til my baby is born. I'm nowhere near as happy as I was with my first pregnancy. In hoping it will change when I start to feel movements.
Hey Aries,
Its a good idea to come in here, everyone understands. A psychologist friend once said to me when you have a m/c or pregnancy loss you lose your innocence and the next pregnancies will never be the same. Its so true. I've had a scan every week too, and I only have one in there! Also, its not your fault if anything happens and no one will think it is, I know its hard not to feel that way, every time I m/c I felt like i was letting everyone down.
I'm not coping very well either at the moment I feel like everything is against me, and because my sister is pregnant, and having a dream run, all my problems just seem magnified in my head.
My latest stress is that I had an obs appt yesterday and on the scan she saw an area of bleeding, but she said its in a strange position so she doesn't know what it is. I am having my early morphology scan next week so it will be investigated than. But she said its highly likely it will bleed again as its near my cervix. I didn't ask any more questions, but it just made me so depressed, another thing to worry about.
I also have realised I am going to have to leave work soon as I can't cope physically, so that is stressing me out majorly due to the financial aspect. I am going to try and stick it out for 3 more weeks, then I'm on annual leave for a week.
As for buying things or settling anything up- no chance!
Sorry for the me post, I hope everyone else is going well, nice to see you nearly out of the 1st trimester Joeve!
Thanks ladies
I'm glad I came in here.
Rach83 I hope this week treats you well. I find the due date the hardest of all, not sure why. I think maybe that I wonder what could have been but isn't. Thank you for your kind words :)
Saffy, how frustrating for you to hear these things and to make you worry more!
I too worry about financial things so I am budgeting and saving like mad now. Too organised for my own good sometimes lol!! Enjoy your annual leave when it comes around.
Everyone keeps telling me how lucky I am and that having two babies kind of makes up for losing one..... I don't see it that way though, is this wrong? I don't think I can ever replace my baby. I see what they are saying but I am getting a little sick of it!
I think all these feelings arose when DH told me that he is really afraid of a repeat of last time, I think it upset me to think of him as being anxious. Of course I'm glad he did open up to me, I just don't want to disappoint him.
Sorry this post is all over the place! So many thoughts and feelings. I hope you lovely ladies don't mind!!

Hi Maruschke! Congrats on your darling little girl
Yeah I think it's best sometimes to just think that they haven't been in the situation before and are saying what they think is best. It's something I have to let go of :)

The one I hate is - well at least you have Jemma.
Yes I am lucky I have her but does that lessen the blow any less.
That's a good way to think of it Aries. I just think back to how I dealt with my friends miscarriages before I had mine and wish I supported her more and knew what I know now.
It is definitely something not understood until it is experienced.
Hi Rach83 - mine at the moment is "Wow, two for the price of one... You get a replacement plus an extra!" Im not sure how to take it so I just leave it....(until the day where I am that hormonal that I will not be responsible for what comes out of my mouth lol!!)
Wow I feel heaps better ladies, thank you so much. I will wait for my scan on Friday and go from there I think. One day at a time :)
