I had a full scale haemorrhage at 13 weeks no explaination. It defiantely doesn't do much for your mental health but babies can hack it.
It still sucks Vic, why can't our pregnancies be normal, I think just about everyone on here bled in first trimester, its more common with ivf apparently.
Was it from your vagina or urethra do you think? I've passed blood with a UTI before.

I said to DH maybe it was a kidney infection but UTI sounds more realistic. Pook DH was shaken awake at 12.15am this morning and held my hand all night. I had endless dreams of mc whenever I did sleep. I know its common to bleed through pg (especially after being on bb) but its hard to take when its actually happening to you.
DH said first thing this morning to get on and ask the girls what they think. lol. Thank you girls, so very much for your support and keeping me sane.
Vic, praying everything is ok. I also had a bleed at 6 weeks, it was a subchronic haemorrhage (sp?) and i was spotting after for about 10 days. The ultrasound lady said that it is fairly common and some women have HUGE ones that bleed a lot, but the baby is still fine. It's so scary and it sucks big time :hug:
Mine was tiny. Just a wipe on the toilet paper. I wiped three times then it was gone. It has not happened since, thank god. I have been going to the loo every 20 minutes I swear. I just cant bear to lose this baby. Not after last time.
I feel mean now for not talking to it and living in the now instead of living with the fear of last time. I have started talking to BOO (baby of ours) and telling him/her to be tough, strong and fight and to know how much we love and want him/her so badly.
Vic are you on clexane? My bleed was similar I had it twice two days apart a couple of wipes and it was gone. They suspect it was just a little blood vessel or something and the clexane makes it bleed more. We have not DTD since we conceived because we are too scared lol poor DH is watching a lot of sbs I suspect but maybe if you have DTD that could irritate something?
Lots of reasons not related to bub could be responsible :) fingers crossed.
I am not on clexane and have not DTD since Saturday night. Your poor DH is a saint. And you are too :)

I have to have a scan tomorrow at 12p. I had a hcg bt but doubt that I will get the results back today. Urine sample came back with a littl something but she said it was fine. No infection. I feel like its july all over again :( dh did the ring test over my belly and it still swings back and forward. Silly I know, but its a slither of comfort.
I'm having a scan tomorrow at 1200 too vic, will be crossing my fingers and toes for you then xx
joeve- We didn't dtd most of 1st and 2nd trimester then I was an animal between 32-35weeks :lol:, I told Dh to make the most of it then.
afm- my sister is in early labour....I'm soooooooo excited!!!!!!!!!

My gp just rang. Hcg is still up 95000. She said it looks good. I am very nauseous now and am delegated to the couch. Dh cooked and is currently doing the dishes. Thanks again girls. Dont know what I would do without you xxxxxxxxxx

also haven't dtd since before egg collection... probably won't be for quite some time too. ; )

I've been too scared to because of all the bleeding, I know I would irrationally blame myself if we spotted after DTD so for the moment we just don't. Hoping after the 12 week scan, poor husband! :lol:
DH and I have been DTD. And so far its been fine. I will give it a rest for a while now though. The thought of it scares me.
Saff - Good luck for your scan today. I assume your sister has had her baby by now? Congrats.
*Update* - I had my scan and its all good. Bubs is measuring 2 days ahead and was wriggling around. He could see no reason for the bleed. THANK THE UNIVERSE!!!. I feel light as a feather now :)

My scan was good baby weighing on 50%ile, good measurements and everything normal, must just be curled up into a ball when obs measures. Very cute face witrh chubby cheeks but kept putting hands in front of face so no good photo.
My sister hasn't had her baby, she is in hell, no sleep and contracting and vomiting all night, has gone into hospital on a drip for dehydration, but they are sending her home cos the contractions are irregular, I feel so sorry for her!
Your poor sister Saff :( Thats how I picture my labour to be. Very long and difficult.

Maybe - I have done zero exercise lately. My GP wants me to walk half hour a day, but between being so tired, being sick and hating walking with the thousands of flys around its been pretty much in the too hard basket. I am going to hire a tready and do my best to use it each day. The way I am now, no way could I push a bubba out!

im doing ok atm, im sure my next freak out will start just before my 9 week scan in a couple of weeks...! still wonder if/when i will get any ms. im kind of torn wishing it upon myself for reassurance that things are going well in there, then i think im crazy for wishing for ms. ill be 7 weeks tomorrow, kind of expected it by then? anyway, guess theres plenty of time for it to make an appearance. :)
My ms hit 7w+1 day, although I was a little off the days leading up to it. The old wives tale is if you dont get ms your carrying a boy :) My auntie had 3 boys and not one bit of ms. Of course plenty of women who carry boys still get ms :) Your count was like mine, so I guess any day now. And its crazy how the ms can be reassureing.
The scans are so scary. I was sure I was going to pass out today from nerves and was shivering a bit. I said to the guy, does it ever get easier and he said the further along you get from what he hears from other patients.

Vic the scans get easier when you can feel bub because you know if you can feel it moving it's still alive. (that's the exact words I use in my head)

Thought I'd check in and say- can you believe I am over 37 weeks????? Cos I can't!!!
I must be the next one due?? How is this possible????
Also, my sister eventually had her baby on Friday evening, he was a massive 4.6kg ( 10pound2ounce) and is gorgeous, having a few issues from the forceps birth but all in all going well. Luckily I had my growth scan the day before so knew my baby wasn't that big otherwise I would be requesting a cesear!!!!
Hope all 'first trimester' girls are coping ok, you will be in 2nd trimester soon and feeling a little bit more secure.
I have spent years wishing every christmas that I was pregnant and getting very depressed about another christmas with no baby on the way- and now I finally am, I am so excited to have a big fat belly at christmas- unless the baby decides to come in the next few days :D.
Well, the last few weeks are as uncomfortable as everyone says, but wouldn't change it for the world, I love my little baby so much!

It's so nice to see you girls happy this Christmas (myself included) Finally something to really celebrate. I will be 12 weeks Christmas eve and I feel confident. Feeling better ms wise, but still crap at nights. I am starting to realise I am growing a person inside me, kinda scary :lol:

had my 9 week scan friday, went well & I agree with saffy - it is nice to finally be spending a new years not depressed about another year gone without being pregnant. im still feeling good, no ms. but apparently the steroids I'm on are sometimes prescribed for severe ms, so I think that's probably why I've managed to escape it altogether. bonus. ; )

I had an internal on monday, cervix isn't ready yet so am waiting for nature to take its course. My Obs is going away Friday for a week so no doubt I will have my baby while she is away!!
I'm feeling good ( esp cos the weather is a bit cooler here today) except getting harder to move around cos my pubic bone is seperating a bit.
Enough about me, hows everyone else????

Yas we have no names either lol I have given up. The ms is still going strong here I can not wait for this bub to get out I just want to feel ok again. I had 3 days of no nausea but then it came back.

Joeve- it's stressing me out because we are having the bub on Friday morning! :/ And we are still no closer than we were 19 weeks ago. Argh!
And btw stuff having ms for the whole pg! Being heavily pg is hard enough without that on top :hug: and the heat as well! It would make it really hard to enjoy being pg :(
