Me4- Wow, I didn't know that two negatives can't make a positive. I'm assuming that both my ex's are positives then lol.

Greenslw- I'm lucky in that respect. I wont be able to take him to the restaurant with me but painting and balloons, NP, especially since it is my own business

Lyra- Mine seems to be speeding along. It's a lil scary and exciting

    Hi Ladies,
I hope you don't mind me joining in. I found out last Tues that I am pregnant with my 3rd bub. I miscarried in January, so am very nervous about this pregnancy at the moment. Though I am feeling so nauseated, and vomitting a lot. I've lost 4kg since last tues as I can't keep anything down basically. So here's hoping that this is a really good sign, though I was very similar last time, and bubs still had somewhere better to go...... Here's hoping for a very very sticky bub this time.

I hope that everything is going well for you ladies at the moment.

    V. xx

Damprye - yeah apparently it does... Although my clinic kept telling me I had to have the needles with my mm/c, and I kept telling them no, go and ask the fert. specialist, and they did and I was right

V21 Welcome and congrats! Sending you lots of sticky vibes for your little one!

    Hi Guys,
Blood fine!!!! Phew, hcg 42,000. I was so scared! Yep me4 weekly bllood tests from fs until week 6/7 which is next week. Then if scan is all good I get discharged. That's my first little milestone so just 1 more week to wait!

Good luch for your scan me4, I'm really glad that you managed to organise one, the not knowing and what your imagination can do is the wost I reckon! Praying it's all good news xxx

Dampyre- glad your time is going quickly! I'm jealous!

Hi V21 wow 4kg that sounds pretty horrible you poor thing! I have nausea unless I eat constantly so have probably put 4 on but no actual vomiting, just lots of retching so I'm lucky.

Hi ladies, sorry I didnt get in yesterday, feeling really awful at the moment. Massive headache and intense nausea saw me throw up EVERYTHING I ate and drank yesterday. today is feeling very much the same.

Scan was great, everything measured up perfectly nuchal fold was 1.8 mm, hb 144bpm, CRL measured at 13w1d which is exactly what I would be if I was going by my dates (edd 9/10 instead of the dates from the dating scan). Happy for a few extra days though. Just makes me more sure of my original dates.
She had a guess at gender too, which is apparently about 65% accurate, she guessed girl! Which is kind of what I was hoping for, although any healthy baby is the most important thing! Trying not to get too set on it though, I know there is a good chance she is wrong. Hard not to call bub a "she" now though. "It" just doesnt feel right. So Im stuck. LOL

Thanks for thinking of me! Yay! All is well with the bub! It looks right on schedule with what it should be. The lady was lovely and was trying to get some facial pictures as well When she got it to the right spot, bub was scratching its little head with one arm and waving with the other So cute... Had to do a trans vaginal scan as well, so she could get better measurements and see if there was any fluid around sac, but all is looking well. She's got no clue where blood would have come from. We're so relieved and can start to relax a little bit more. Now another 10 days to our next scan!! Got to listen to heart beat as well - 154 bpm Very steady! The lady was as excited as us! My DH got a bit emotional - I think he was more stressed out about the scan this morning than I was. I was feeling real calm. Now off to the lounge to do some resting! Hope you girls are feeling well today! Not long before it's weekend! xx

Bub is measuring really far behind now, only 11w4d due 24 October but not changing my dates. Mine is 8 Oct, doc is 17 Oct and now 24 Oct. Anyways for the sake of measurements which what they do for nt, bub is measuring 11w4d with a 2.1 fold. See ob on the 23rd April. Extremely active though. Wish I had video of the bouncing babe

Damprye - Glad your bub was very active Are they worried about the bub measuring behind? What were your boys like? Where they measuring on schedule around this time?

Greenslw - Is bub still kicking? How are you? Not long now before the end of patches and pessaries! When's your next scan?

Lyra - how are you holding up? How are the pregnancy symptoms going?

Shan85 - Welcome and congrats on your pregnancy! And already past the 12 weeks, that's nice! Can't wait till I pass that milestone

VV, Calluna & V21- Hi and how are things for you going?

AFM already past the 11 weeks! My belly is already getting bigger and especially by the end of the day I look at least a couple of months pregnant... Oh wait... I am almost 3 months pregnant It was definitely good to see the little one on Friday and only a week to go till the 12 week scan! My tiredness seems to have eased a bit, I tried to go for a sleep this morning, but was just staring at the walls and ceiling, so got up after 1/2 hour. Luckily no more cramping, still had a bit of blood coming out on Saturday morning, no more since, though. I went shopping with MIL on Saturday and found some cute little dresses. I really have the feeling this is going to be a little girl. Will have to wait till the end of October though to find out as we're not wanting to find out before. Last pregnancy I was very certain it was a boy and after test results came back after mm/c I found out I was right. We'll see this time!

    Hi Ladies,

Dampyre, hopefully they just have measurement wrong!

Glad everything is going ok for everyone. Yay for all the scans..... Quite a few of you are nearly to the 12 week mark, or past it, I wish I was that far along!

AFM: I had a horrible dream the other day that I miscarried again Hopefully doesn't happen though. 2 more days and I'm past the time that I miscarried last time, then a week and I'm past the time of the first miscarriage. I know they aren't major milestones, like being past 12 weeks, but I think it'll make me a little more hopeful. I saw a GP friend of mine last week, she put me on maxalon, but it's not making any difference to the sickness at all really. Still majorly nauseated, and I think I've lost more weight. Not good considering I was only 60kg beforehand! Hopefully something will make a difference soon. She also has a brand new ultrasound machine in her rooms, so she said once I'm a bit bigger to go in so she can use me for her sonography practice! Love being a nurse in a small rural town sometimes!!!!! So looking forward to making that happen.........

My skin is also breaking out, and I have major backache much of the time now, but I think that has more to do with the fact that I currently have a desk job, I am used to being a nurse running in ED or on the ward, not sitting at a desk!

Really have no idea what the sex of this babe is, I have been wrong with both my children, didn't get any tests or anything for the miscarriages, so not sure about them..... Though going by sickness I think girl..... With Isabel I was throwing up, with Lucas I was just nauseated... But we shall see in Nov/Dec!

    Welcome Shan

    Greenslw how's you're stomach now?

Damprye when do they start getting worried about size? How many weeks difference?

Me4ever.... Im having my 12 week scan on Friday 19th I think ... Hope urs goes well

V21 ... Hopefully you can make it past those milestones and get to relax a little

Me.... Well I'm plodding along ....... Still have ms... My belly doesn't look as bloated today but it's obvious that I'm pregnant now. I can't hide it..... Still very hormonal !!!! Trying to learn for a test Wednesday but I just can't learn being pregnant. It goes in my brain and doesn't process. I got 95./. Not being pregnant and being pregnant I got 84./. Hopefully some sinks in

All of my babies started off measuring behind but all but my first miscarriage had caught up by 12 weeks. Bub is over 2 weeks behind. Problem isn't just measuring behind but that is that each scan is getting worse except for one where bub was ok from the one before. If it were just one measurement taken today that was out, it'd be ok but he tried to get the biggest measurement possible and measured multiple times, including getting bub to jump about and stretch. I get another scan in two weeks and with how active bub is I'm not TOO concerned. With bub measuring so small though, it means the nt measurement is just (and I mean just) outside the normal range. Completely normal for my dates and even docs dates. Still not going to stress about it. Even when measuring well over the "concerning" level (which I am not really) it doesn't mean that there is something wrong with bub, plus I still am waiting on the blood test results so I see nothing to be concerned about. My cousin had 2 pregnancies where they told her baby wasn't growing properly and they turned out fine and at term instead of giving into constant pushes by medical for an induction or that she would lose them. Just going to enjoy my bubby growing in my tummy
BTW if anyone adds me on Facebook, I have a pic up for only BB friends to see. Bub is so cute
