12 week scan coming Monday... Can't wait! I can't believe it's less than a week away! Hope your bowel gets its act together soon! Oh yeah, apparently Psyllium husks (available from health section in supermarkets or health stores) added to cereal or muesli might help make you more regular. In general anything with extra fibres. No white bread, go for darker bread if you eat that...
Yay so close mine is Thursday.
The only thing I'm not looking forward to is the cost. Goodbye $300 :(
Is that for just the scan?? Mine's $220 and about $100 for blood test:$ but at least another look at hub:)
Ooh is that today Cheshire? Good luck!
It is ridiculous how expensive it is. I dont know how they can justify that.

I need a ticker lol
Ouch!!
Yay for all the scans coming up :D
Me4- I couldn't find you but you should be able to find me with the blue FB icon under my name or by typing into the address bar www dot facebook dot com / damprye
Greenslw- Hope the bottom starts moving. With not going for so long, may I suggest a stool softener that you sqirt up the rear? It can be extremely painful otherwise to get the initial blockage out. TMI but with DS2, I hadn't been in over a week and it was jaggered like glass and about the size of a tennis ball and there was nothing I could do to get it out but to adorn a glove....and yeah. Never got constipated again but I now keep them in the house for JIC.
Cheshire- Boo, let mumma eat chocolate lol
Calluna-How are you?
AFM- So today I booked a "me" day, first I have had in a while. I even took preventative measures such as sleeping on my couch downstairs so we could sleep till 6/7am. Now I am a grumpy @ss ***** because DS1 got up at 4:30am, woke DS2 and then had them both come downstairs, turn on all the lights and get me up. I tried to hard to let it slide but I am NOT a morning person. Hour and a half later, I sent them back to bed, which meant screaming for 15mins and then I really did lose it. I'm not much of a smacker and when I do, it is normally on the hand but nope, today DS1 got it on the toosh. DS2 got a bottle of milk and they both got a stern telling off and put back to bed. DS1 also broke my clock so that it was "time to get up" DS1 keeps making this stupid "hooo!" noise similar to a trumpet to keep DS2 awake and to **** me off. It is working really well cos both myself and DS2 are tired. With the noise that is being made upstairs, it is taking all my control not to go troppo and scream the damn house down myself. Counting/deep breaths etc do not work for me if ah cannot get away from the noise, it just makes it worse! Anyone have any advice cos I am seriously going to lose it. Writing here atm is only ebbing the flow a tiny bit
Hugs Dampyre. No advice from me, Im a crappy mummy at the moment. Poor DS is so neglected and acting out as a result. Im trying not to get angry at him because I know he just wants some love but its hard when he refuses to cooperate.
AFM - Still struggling with ms. Had lunch out yesterday and threw it up in a public toilet less than 10mins later. To add to my tale of woe, I managed to be splashed in the face with public toilet water.
Also havent managed to drink anything since mid day yesterday. Im so thirsty but everything just makes me sick. I dont want to end up in hospy but Im scared of thowing everything up again. :(
Cheshire - wow that is steep isn't it... Only 1 week to go!
Hugs Damprye, don't really have advice, besides the suggestion if they can stay a few hours or overnight at your mum's or a friend's place? Just to give you a bit of respite of the overwhelming task of taking care of littlies 24/7 without a partner... Yay I found you on Facebook, I had never really noticed the Facebook link near the avatar... Love yours by the way. I will have to have a think about my avatar, about what I want and might contact you later (as I saw you were offering to make one??!) if you wouldn't mind making me one?! I would have no clue on how to even start on one... Hope you get a chance to enjoy your me day after all the stress so far!
Hugs as well for Calluna - Do water ice cubes work? I heard about people that were really nauseous and couldn't keep water down, they'd suck on ice cubes? I have no idea as I haven't been in that situation. But hope you can keep some fluids down soon!
AFM nothing really new... Just counting down to ultrasound day, not long to go now. If all is well, I'm going to tell people at work and then on Facebook. I really can't wait! Working 12-7pm shift today, this one sucks :$ Can't wait to get to 7.30pm and be home with my DH and my lovely doggie fur ball.
Managed to calm down enough. Laying in my room with DS2 running around. DS1 is about to get an awful shock as I am about to go wake him
Calluna- Don't be scared of throwing up what you have eaten, just choose things that aren't bad when retasting. If I didn't eat for fear of puking it back up, I'd be like 50kg by now lol. Depending on how soon it comes back up, determines how things will be on the upchuck. If it is within half hour (as it mostly is for me) then any milk products (especially icecream and custard) are quite nice. Slimy foods are good for short or long term. I find lasagne good, especially if it has a strong flavor. Keep sipping down those fluids. I have also split my meals. Half the size they used to be and split into two courses, vomit, eat, vomit, eat, vomit is the basis of my meals lol. I'm even so used to hurling so much I can carry on typing this with watering eyes and puking right now. At least that way small amounts are digested, even if it doesn't seem like it. Your tummy starts to pounce on everything you swallow. Its actually quite funny at times. I can tell when a decent amount has made it through cos I get wicked hiccups.
Haha DS1 is complaining he is too tired to get ready for school and that I shouldn't have woken him up :D
Me4- Accepted :)

Damprye - cool! Now where do I go to have a look at your lovely little one? (besides the other two... they look angelic!!!)
Unfortunately not Me4. They still taste like water and its the taste that makes me sick.
Thats a long day. :( hope it goes quickly.
Should be in mobile uploads. I added you to my BB list as it is privacy restricted to that list only
Hey Me4, are your initials A.M? Is it ok if I add you on fb too? If not, Thats cool, Im easy either way. :)
Lol Dampyre. I was thinking yesterday, the strawberry milkshake wasnt too bad on the return. MIlk seems to be the only thing that doesnt come up straight away. Usually.
Lol sometimes all I have for a meal is a flavored milk
