Calluna - yep that's me and add me if you like :) I'll come onto the BellyBuddies October thread after all ok on 12 week scan and will ask the others to add me too :) Am still hiding for another couple of days ;)
Calluna and Damprye - what hints and tips from you poor ms girls... I might be able to use it for another pregnancy?! Never know if it'll be like that for me next time ;)
No tips from me, except if you dont want to be splashed with toilet water, apparently chucking some toilet paper in first helps.

Me4- I didn't need them for DS1, just DS2 and this one lol. People kept telling me it was because my boys have different. Dads but this one is the same "donar" as DS1 so go figure. I think I've put hints in October BB as required but maybe I'll type up a doc when next on computer LOL. I was wondering when you would end up joining us ;-) I first spotted you in LTTTC just as you found out you were UTD. Wasn't stalking you, just reading through threads to look for something :rolf: Another thing I've been wondering, when are you going to get an avvy? And have you got anyone picked to make you one if you are not making it yourself?
Calluna- I rarely use the loo now as its just so gross. The thought of my face so close to where someone's poopy butt has been and poop water just made me hurl more. I mainly use sinks, buckets and V-bags. I do on occasion need to use the loo but that tends to be more when its a coming and I can't make it elsewhere and barely make it there so I don't end up close enough for splash backs haha. I do have decent aim though.

Damprye I hear you on the hooooo sound DS does that. Would a DVD help calm them? Otherwise I employ the wear DS out method in the morning park, beach play date, hope they pick up on the don't pee mummy off vibe soon.

Me #2 :leap: and now I'm upping water and fibre, my back is so sore ATM missed physio app and wishing I didn't. Starting to feel guilty for not sharing our news with everyone not long to go, my vague brain can't take it. Oh I went to new child care centre for baby it's beautiful so muck DS is now on the list too, not an unhappy child in the place.
Damprye - re: avatar - read my message from this morning at 7.39 :) Ha ha... Thanks for following me in the LTTTC forum :) Seems like ages ago, since we got our BFP! Can't believe I'm almost 12 weeks! I've never made it this far!

AFM long long day at work with lots of standing. I'm exhausted and my poor back is achy. I'm sitting with my feet up now, nice! I was just mentioning to my DH, if I'm this tired now, when I'm almost 3 months pregnant, how's it going to go when I'm 6 months or more... Oh well, I suppose I can't complain since I only work part time, but still.

Me4- Lol can't believe I missed that post. I'm not very good at stalking you see ;-P I'd be happy to make you one but will PM about details as I like to get a real feel for what people are wanting, even if they don't really know themselves :) And big Woohoo! for getting this far. You'll be absolutely amazed when you are holding YOUR baby in your arms. Don't worry so much on the tiredness, energy will likely be coming back over the next couple weeks until you get huge and tired from all the extra weight and work. The second trimester is generally the best.
Greenslw- No, at 4:30am they have one choice only....bed! Poor DS1 slept this arvo from 4 till 9:30 (when I picked him up from daycare) and is currently having a feed of veggies and a milk drink (oat milk) before back to bed. If he wakes at a ridiculous hour tomorrow, I'll be ok with that as he has slept so much.
Feeling terrible. woken with dry mouth and eyes and a headache. Feeling super sick. I'm going to head into hospy this morning, I'm stressing about bub too. I read last night if you get too dehydrated it affects how much amniotic fluid bub has. Hoping they'll do an us to check she's ok...
Calluna it's more of a concern with long time dehydration, i was so so sick with DD3 & by 10wks nothing would stay down longer than 5mins.
I was put in hossy for a few days with the drip & it was just what i needed to break the cycle & start feeling human again.
I hope they don't fob you off & your able to go in x
Im not sure how long I've been dehydrated for. Havent been able to drink water for weeks, or hydralyte for about a week. Had this headache for 4 weeks now.. but dunno how much is caused by hormones and how much is dehydration. Been having uncomfotable braxton hicks for at least a week.
It's hard to know what's normal & what's not :hug:

Calluna- Are you public or private? They'll likely let you go on the drip if private, public tends to be trickier. They didn't admit me until my heart was giving out as my body shut down. It contributed to the PND heaps as well as my mind (even in it's rather delusional state) had gone through the 5 stages and I was at acceptance. I was ready to die and it took a lot for the brain to realize that I still had a lot of living to go once I got help. I was on the drip for days. My urine looked like Guinness as I was so severely hydrated. I tried sucking juice out of an apple I was that desperate for fluids, just to throw that up and all other contents of my stomach (saliva and bile) the sugar content burnt so harshly on the way back up, especially as I had given up eating due to fear of it making me vomit more (why I am more careful and aware this time).I had also seen multiple doctors in the days prior to admission, including that morning.I had also described everything that had gone on, including not knowing the last time I went for a 2# as it had been so long. That is one way private is often better.
AFM- DS1 was the first up again. Came into MY room and argued with me about closing my door and getting out. My room is out of bounds and he knows it. He went on so much he woke DS2. I am absolutely livid, especially as DS2 gets real sooky and annoying. Don't get me wrong, the sooky cuddles would be fantastic if he didn't keep squirming until giving me a brilliant headbutt in the mouth making me bleed every time. Seriously with how many times a day he does that and how he gets NO attention afterwards, either my lip should be so strong that my teeth shouldn't be able to push through it and/or DS2 should stop in order to get the attention he wants. Instead I put him down or push him away (depending on if I'm standing/sitting/laying) and full on ignore him and his tantrums. Turns out that my stressed out rant yesterday also gained me a warning. Oops.
So frustrated I could cry! Ive messaged my midwife, a friend and my SIL and called the EPU and no one is responding. :( so tempted to just rock up.
Hugs Dampyre, thats awful. Im hoping my hosp will be a bit more receptive. They have an online brocure about ms hg and dehydration. According to that I should call the epu. Which I did. Just waiting for a call back.
EPU called back. She said they only really deal with bleeding, so I should go to ed and they will probably give me iv fluids. Just have to hope they take me seriously.
Calluna have you tried ice? I couldn't keep water or anything else down so crunched on ice and that stayed down more often. I couldn't physically eat or drink for weeks and weeks, the ice really helped and bubs is fine.
I haven't but I don't have a freezer. I can't handle ice in a drink though so I doubt it.

Think I must look like an old lady at work had to go on a walk to get a client out the house was totally puffed and got some pains in my hips need to slow down also DS doesn't like kisses anymore :( DF was saying yuck as a game for a while now even for a kiss goodnight I get yuck mummy :cry: not ready for a big boy yet.
