Greenslw - salty licorice was part of my dutch upbringing They're famous for it. Helps my throat though. Only had to take 2... Yay for feeling bub! I haven't felt mine since Monday... Come on bub start moving! Nice no more meds! I'm enjoying being off the pessaries and metformin.

V21 - enjoy your long break! Very jealous! I just have the day off, then back to work Friday and Saturday. I'm getting there, feeling a little better - went to acupuncture and was fit enough to go to the pregnancy yoga! Now on the lounge relaxing...

Morning sickness is nausea or vomiting. You dont have to be sick to feel sick. And the nausea certainly affects all areas of your life. It definately counts

I think the nausea can be just as if not worse than vomiting.
At least with vomiting you have relief for a bit with the nausea it can be unrelenting at times.

Yes they sound like very positive signs to me, I hope the next week & a bit goes quickly for you

Kbudgie ms is real without the follow through. Sounds good to me. Bring on may 5

Greenslw - the salty licorice only helps for sore throat... My nose cold is still there. Am feeling pretty weak. I'm afraid it's moving to my chest. I thought after 4 days it would ease off a bit, but no. Haven't felt bubs move either lately. Have been trying to make it wiggle around, but not working. Can't wait for ob visit on Monday.

Kbudgie - may 5 is not far away! To ease heart burn, try not to eat oily/fatty food, like fried fish. Also try to avoid soft drinks and eat small portions throughout the day. Might also help with your nausea!

Hi ladies I had a early mc a couple of months ago and now I'm pregnant again.

Worried that this pregnancy may end up the same way as I had been spotting and my hcg wasn't doubling as it should although it's still raised.

On the 23/4 my hcg level was 453
Today (26/4) my level is at 768. So still rising, but not doubling.

I have an appointment for a scan on Monday morning at the EPAS clinic at my hospital and hoping to see something by then. I should be around 5w5d today.

My symptoms come & go so I'm so scared.

    Hurry up Monday!

Every time I go to the bathroom (no 2s) I seem to spot after. Is that normal? Or does it mean another mc? Sorry tmi guys x

It could just be from straining a bit. Especially if you're constipated. The blood vessels in/ around your cervix are very delicate at the moment and its easy to cause little bleeds. Lots of people have spotting/bleeds after sex for this reason its not unreasonable to think a BM could do the same.

Pfft, TMI? This is a pregnancy forum, all of pregnancy is "TMI" lol

Hes away for your anniversary? Thats rough hun, esp considering what you're going through ATM. Is it for work? I assume its unnavoidable.
How long is he gone for? Hope hes back in time for your scan on Monday and your weekend is very uneventful.
