Duchess and Mel having someone to talk to can be life changing (counsellor) pg just adds on top of life and speaking from my own exp a counsellor really helped me after DS.

Me what a day so tired late home but was treated by a smiling happy DS. The last two nights he's woken up wanting me and I carried him last night bad move today really sore tummy. It's so hard not to carry him but at 18 kg way over what's recommended. Work was so busy today I missed my wax for the second month, feels like maternity leave may be the only way I get a break love DF he's out in the cold fixing the power which just blew a fuse. He is useful.
