Hi Baby Miracles- yes I remember you as well... wow on a few weeks to go it only seemed like yesterday!.
I had Strep B with my son. I found out when my waters broke at 23 weeks. I was on a course of strong antibitoics IV. I was told then that if it got to the bub it could casuse blindness but before you worry it was because my waters had broken so early before 37weeks which holds more risk of serious infections to the baby.
I was advised for all my other pregs that if my waters broke to go hosp ASAP so they can start the infusion.
I am sure you will be fine.....
By the way my son was fine and premmie.
Antibiotics are a marvel.

BTW where did you buy your doppler from? and if you don't mind saying which brand di you buy?
I think I am just going to bite the bullet and buy one and then make myself only use it twice a week.
If all else fails I will let my DH hide it until I allow myself to use it again
