Congratulations Mollycat on the birth of Matilda!

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and isn't too hot for New Year.

Sorry I've been AWOL - just busy doing end of year stuff, combined with stupid fatigue. Just really really tired. Also started spotting yesterday, which is freaking me out (worse today). I know it's normal and might not mean anything, but it happened at the same time (to the day) with the last pregnancy. I've put myself on bedrest until it stops. Of course the GP is closed until Monday, so there's not alot I can do until then anyway. I'm trying not to worry, but it's hard when I have cramps and backache like my period is on its way.

    Hope everyone else is OK.

    hey tashybabe

i hope the spotting stops very soon. i had it with both my pregnancies. freaks you out all right. it is sooooo common. i know it doesn't matter what anyone says, you still worry. stay positive. i have had 3 spotting incidents and all is going well for me.

take care and happy new year!

Hi girls It's so nice to see so many friendly faces in this thread Most of you already know that I got my on boxing day

Mollycat YAY, little Matilda arrived safely and I love that name!

I am excited to be 4 weeks pregnant today and I feel like all is well this time I went to the GP yesterday and got blood taken so I will be looking forward to getting those results back on Monday. I've also booked my 8 week and 11 week scans with my OB, they are on Jan 25th and Feb 15th... I will be very much relieved when those dates pass and all is still well.

Well today is the end of 2009 and it's been the biggest roller coaster ride of my life so far! dh went of a cleaning spree over the last few days so that we could start the new year feeling all organised and sorted. My last job to do today is take down the christmas tree, clean out the cupboard that gets 'every' used jar we buy stuffed in it and to vacuum and mop... Then for the most important part of the day when dh gets home from work, before we go to bed I am going to smudge the house with sage from our herb garden... I will no doubt sound like a hippy but sage smoke clears out all energy so that you are back to square one... Seeing 2009 has been so full of different energies it will be fantastic to start 2010 with a clean slate of happy thoughts and a new buba growing inside of me
