Sorry to hear about the spotting. I am on 200mg progesterone 2x a day in pesseries because I have naturally low progesterone and this may have been the cause of my m/cs. I was told they won't stop a m/c if the baby just isn't right but it will help a good bub stick if low progesterone is the problem. Hope that helps might be worth mentioning or even requesting from your midwife. Very best of luck
