tanya - I know little can be said to help you lay aside those fears, especially since you've made it so far in the past before tragedy. Hold onto all those symptoms you have and remember that you're growing a special little person. How far along are you now?
greenslw - how are you coping with the horror of Adelaide at the moment? I see that a cool change is on the way for you later today for a few days of cooler relief. Perhaps the bathtub is the place to be today.
cantwaittobeamum - good to see you! Bet that scan is going to be so exciting for you! Lucky thing Nothing quite like seeing the baby again. I shouldn't complain, will get to see it in around 6 weeks on the outside!! I get the same thing about size with people in shock when I tell them how long I've got to go still. I had a lady in Harris Scarf the other day telling me how huge she got with her last one and she said she had to use an umbrella handle to pull up her knickers!! hehehe I'm not quite there yet but it's getting very close.
cherished - I find an osteo appointment lasts me longer as I have a lot of muscular tension so that is released before any adjustments are made which means the bones aren't pulled out of alignment so quickly after my visit. Before stumblilng onto osteos some years ago, I had been to any number of different chiro's but always found the results didn't last long. Relief at the time but within hours I needed it all done again
AFM I'm preparing for 43 degrees today. The kids want to go watch a movie so I'm quite happy to oblige as it gets us all out in the nice cool of the aircon in a big centre. I'm quite certain that half the universe will be there to keep us company but we'll see. I have to go to bunnings too today to get something to protect the door to our laundry. We keep our cats in there overnight (they're entirely indoor cats so they don't kill animals etc.) and one of them likes to try and get out so she's scratching the door to pieces. We keep them in there because I have a thing about no cats in bedrooms, so they have free reign in the house from about 7am til 11pm (aside from bedrooms cos I keep those doors closed during the day) then they go to the laundry with their bed, food, drink, toys and scratching poles for play. sigh sometimes I think it's not fair on them but then I consider the options of sleeping with my door and the kitchen doors closed and I decide it's fair after all.
Anyway, I ramble now so I'll just head off and start the day shall I?!! lol Have a great day everyone! Hi to those I've missed and keep on enjoying life
