T-hopes - Hope all went well with your op. How did your belly cast go? I'm so sorry to hear of your MIL, you're in my thoughts
Ferrals - Glad Ella is going well!
MR - Welcome darl, we understand how you're feeling Are you having an early scan?
PM - Yep it will be the 12 week scan, very excited but apprehensive of course! I know what you mean about imagining (is that spelt right?!) the worst
Alish - I've just gone 10 weeks on Monday. I should put a new ticker up but been too scared That's lovely that your Mum is coming with you to your next scan. Has she ever seen one?
Melster - Yep I'm alright, thanks darl, my sister isn't very well at the moment. Sorry to hear you're having issues with your DH big hugs for you. Oh and I know exactly what you're talking about in regards to your ulcer! Very annoying!
WBM - Thanks, means a lot. Oooh the news is out, very exciting! How many years marriage will this be for you?
As for me, plodding along. By this stage with Moo I had a cute little baby bump, but because I'm carrying extra weight I'm not showing yet CBF doing much around the house & don't have much energy for Moo unfortunately. My oven isn't working which is making life hard. It's enough of a pain to think of something to make, go buy ingredients & get the energy to make it without being restricted to just a stove! I'm having heaps of trouble concentraing lately, probably family stress isn't helping. I had to get my friend to explain to me that we were meeting at her house then walking to get coffee & take the kids to the park about 3 times before I understood
G'day ladies - it's T-Hopes' DH here - just wanted to let you guys know her kidney stent procedure went really well but started what we are still not sure might be early labour!?!
Last night she was having contractions 3-4 mins apart but have since eased so we are hoping bubba will stay inside a little longer!!
OB came past and said he wants her to stay in another night just to make 100% sure labour doesn't start - so at this stage we'll be in till tomorrow morning.
She said to say hi and she'll chat herself soon!!
From Mr.T-Hopes
Hi Mr T-Hopes thanks for the update we are thinking of T-hopes and hopeing all goes well but if bub does come early it will all be fine lots and lots of bubs are born 3-4 weeks early perfectly healthy and a good size to.
Cheezel - it'll be 5 years married this year 9 years together! Makes me feel old...
Melster - know exactly what you mean about your mouth - got any bonjela lying in a cupboard somewhere? Oh, if no bonjela - go for a salt water rinse, it helps get rid of all the pain and infection - just put a good tablespoon of salt into warm water, mix and swish around in your mouth a few times - tastes disgusting but it's a miracle treatment! Re DH - Avoidance is not good is it. I've had to teach DH to talk to me instead of burying it until it all blows up - I mean that's just not helpful. I wish he would talk to you so you could explain that his presence, even if it's in the back room, is not helping. I hope your parents can be patient, and even if they don't like him, perhaps you could ask them to keep that to themselves so you can work it out yourself. When I had problems with my ex I didn't tell my family because I didn't want them to not like him, but that meant when it went belly up, they didn't get that I'd been completely emotionally abused. Good to have support, but sometimes their opinions don't help! I hope that makes sense!
Thanks for updating us Mr T-hopes, especially when there's so much going on in your life, we appreciate you thinking of us! Glad the procedure went well and that if she goes into early labour she's in the right place! Thinking of you both!
AFM, still suffering in the back department, but I've had a good day with DS, we've been to the park, a long walk (at 19 month old speed), done the shopping and had a 2 hour nap. So feeling well rested, just wish I could take some voltaren! I've picked up the low dose aspirin I have to be on now to prevent a pulmonary embolus (I had one when pg with DS), so better start taking that!
