Thanks for your advice and kind words ladies. It's so great knowing you all understand and don't think I'm crazy (like a certain DH!).
Had my blood test (for the first trimester screen) today.. So scary. Now I just have to wait another week for my scan.

    I'm due 5th August.

Forshelby, dory had great advice (as usual!). I would probably just tell her to get stuffed but that's just the way I am. I get upset and offended waaay to easily though!

Hope you're all feeling ok xxx

Going on memory here (and a terrible memory at that!) so please forgive me!

Ferrals, big hugs. The fear just never leaves does it? Not even when they're in your arms xx

Forshelby, men huh!? I could whinge about mine all day long! Haha!

Angel, sounds like it won't be long til you meet your lil bubba! How exciting! Hope she holds on for a fine day! Hope you got my PM, my phone isn't the most trustworthy thing to deliver!

Damprye, sorry to hear you have separated. Hope things work out and you can come to a happy medium x

Mildez, any more pains? I can't see your ticker, so don't know how far you are but I'm hoping it's not too soon for your bub to be wanting to make an enterance!

And that's my lot... Told you the memory was bad! I really need to post more often so I can keep up!
    Hello to everyone else!

Twelve weeks tomorrow for me. Still not ready to share with the world yet.. Can't see me being ready for a long time but, as my belly is already giving away the secret, I am going to have to announce it soon! I have a friend who announced her pregnancy at 24 weeks... How I'd love to hold onto such a special secret for so long!

    Goodnight all xx

Still here and up until just 10mins ago I had no more BH or contractions or whatever they are. Ferrals yes at this stage I'm not concerned its the real deal. I'll be talking to my Ob at work tonight and seeing if its worth while having the steroids just in case to help bubs lungs if she did arrive but I think they must be just painful BHs as they do settle down as soon as I lie down. Funny thing is sitting doesn't do anything so when it starts I need to go lie down definately not the real deal as they wouldn't stop if they were. I've just had 2 today but there not lasting very long (about 15secs the day before yesterdays and yesterdays were a minute) and panadol made them go away also but I've run out.

Anyway dymprye I'm so pleased to hear about your wonderful scan. Aug/Sep is such a nice time of year to have bubs also.

Stoked I'm 28+2 so way to early for miss to come yet. I'd be devastated if she did. I need to get to atleast 34weeks if not 41 as where I live they don't cater for bubs under 34weeks. They don't even transfer out to Sydney until 26weeks (thats because Sydney refuses before then not for lack of trying)

angelfish sounds like everything is getting ready for little misses big entrance. Hope its not to long to wait before she arrives. I need to go look at Dory's list to see who is next then.

alish I hope your pains have gone. Are you ok now?

kellbell not much between us. I'm counting up until I hot 200days pregnant lol. I think I'm about 198days or something now. Almost only 80 days to go.

Melster yeah on the good Ob appointment. Is he supportive of VBAC? I hope so. I too felt this bub super early (10+5) it wasn't very reasurring as then I'd go for 3-4days with nothing so next bub can start moving at about 15weeks and stay moving please.

    Hi ladies,
I know I've only been in few times, but I just wanted to let you all know I lost the baby. Pip was ectopic in the left tube, and I underwent surgery to remove left tube and pregnancy on Wednesday night. I'm feeling pretty shocking both emotionally and physically, but I'll get through it.

    Good luck with everything.

Bec~ I am so sorry to hear your news hun, sending you some massive hugs darl and please know you are in my thoughts, wish I could make it all better for you.

Stoked~ A huge congrats on reaching your 12week mark, awesome news darl and where has that time gone for you it just seemed to have flown past, hope it goes that quick for me...lol......can't wait to hear all about your scan on Monday darl, good luck hun and sit back and enjoy hearing that adorable HB of your little bub.

Forshelby~ You poor darling being diagnosed with GD, I so know how you feel. I had GD with my DD and ob tells me yesterday be prepared to have GD again. Mine was all diet controlled which was great, at first I was like OMG how will I get by with this diet rubbish but it was pretty darn easy really especially when I hated the thought of having to needle myself or take tablets for it the diet came really easy...lol....I am a huge sook though. Don't stress about it darl you will get some great advice and if I can do it darl you will have no problem at all I am sure of it. And thank you for cheering me on hun, you are truly my strength giver and I love yah for it. xox.

AFM~ Ok so I had my first OB appointment yesterday and it was a very interesting appointment for me, he checked my belly and did my blood pressure then he decided to do a scan for me. Ok so he did the dildo scan and he found a little wee tiny little thing, he said to me you are definately pregnant but I'm not measuring at 6weeks like my GP says I am he tells me bub is only measuring at 4+ weeks so I told him I am certain that I O'd on Xmas day and then he says ah that makes sense then, he tried his hardest to zoom in on bub as close as possible as he tells me I can't say I can defiantely see it but I am pretty sure I can see a flutter there. So here's hoping he is right so I am off for another appointment with him in just over 3 weeks time for another scan with him. So my question is if I am only 4-5weeks PG is it a good sign that my HCG level at 3-4weeks was at 1410? Feeling a little worried at the moment and I know I shouldn't be I haven't had any spotting this time which is a huge relief and I have another 20-30 days to go where I started bleeding in my first MC.

12 weeks thats amazing! We didnt tell anyone til after the 20week scan, i think i was 21 weeks. There were people that said that they had started to guess but no one said anything to me Made it a lovely quick pregnancy for everyone including our kids, which was one of the reasons to hold off telling. Even the 18weeks the kids knew for was far too long of a 6 and 4 yr old hehe!!!

Forshelby - oh dear about GD - but like you said only 7 weeks, you can do it! An endocrinologist deals with hormones and how they are made, what levels and how they interact with the rest of the body. So diabetics will often see an endo to make sure their levels are ok and the insulin can be adjusted accordingly. I saw one just yesterday about management of my PCOS ( FSH and LSH levels and ratios esp) . My friend has seen one for a condition for Congential Adrenal Hyperplasia (a genetic issue that causes too much of some of the male hormones - not so good if TTC). The one I saw took my weight and height and calculated BMI - I would guess they might do that for you too. Glad your BP is down. Glad DP has seen the light.

Ferrals - that is so cute about your mum and the porta cot.. Congrats on 30 weeks too. YAY!

I am going for a glucose tolerance test tomorrow - the 2 hour one. One good bit of news, apparently it's rare to feel sick if not pregnant, something about the glucose load during pregnancy makes people feel sick. So at least I am not to worried about it all now. But just 2 hours of my life I will never get back having to sit in their waiting room.

Have a good weekend - belly rubs.

Reet - I always get leg cramping early on and it continues right through. I was told magnesium too - but was recommended to go to the health shop. So I did and the person checked and said only one brand they carried was ok for use during pregnancy!

Angel - your darling girl is on her way. 1cm dilated and 70% effaced... go you god thing. Hugs for a speedy delivery... and a blissful baby moon. Can't wait to hear your good news.

Damprye and Clairesmummy - good news on those scans.
