Alish~ Congrats Alish,on the birth of your beautiful little bub Enjoy those newborn cuddles darl.

Just popping in to say I have finally had the lump cut out of my neck and I have once again been really sick vomitting and feeling just plain crappy. When I had the lump removed yesterday my GP checked me out as my glands are swollen and she said I have some virus thing at the moment. So anyhow I am back to my GP on Thursday to have my stitches out and I also have my scan on Tuesday afternoon. I am so nervous that it's not funny I am terrified what they will find at the scan and I am praying that all is good and healthy with bub in there.
I can't believe I am 11 weeks already time seems to be flying by I just hope all is well in there.

    Congratulations Alish!

Well done on the arrival of your beautiful baby Hayden! Wishing you a quick recovery from your cesar and lots of enjoyment with your little girl.

CLairesmummy: Thinking of you. So impressed with your bravery at getting the lump removed. I hope the results are all good. And I have everything crossed for you for your 12wk scan. It is so wonderful that you have got this far. Can't wait to hear good news for you.

WBM: Such an exciting time with all those babies coming. I remember when my good friend's baby was born 10wks before DD2 and it felt like forever still till my turn. But DD2 is here now. And before you know it, your little one will be too. It's lovely sharing this time with other friends and family with new babies too.

Loops: can't remember if i've said congrats yet... but congrats on your BFP!

Sorry, no more persies... DD2 crying for a feed. BBL!

Cheshire, that's called equal first my lovely!

Thanks PM - Another 4 to go, every baby will help with the count down, I think DS is getting excited about this baby coming out (c'mout ba-y) which is lovely. He loves the list of people who will help the baby come out (Daddy, Mummy, D'nis (Dennis, the Ob), ooo-ce (Lucy, my friend student middy) and he adds himself to that list too, lovely boy)

Welcome Char-leigh! Definitely echo the words of Tegam and CM. Lean as much as you like - friends don't always understand but there will always be someone who's walked in similar shoes in here. I hope the next 8-9 months are completely boring and the BFP is the last unexpected thing in your life for a good, long time!

CM - good luck for your scan! I hope you see a gorgeous little 12-weeker in there.

30 weeks today for me. Nothing too exciting happening here. Back is still awful - the number of times gorgeous DS talks about "back, oww" indicates how much of a whinger I am! I'm playing chicken with him at the moment at the end of the bath. He has to stand up for me to get him out, sometimes it takes a looooooong time, but I wait him out until he gives up - while I can still pick him up, I may not be able to for long and he has to help me out. He is lovely though.

Congratulations Char-leigh's mum! I can only imagine the rollercoaster of emotions you are on. I hope being on BB can help you a little and that all goes smoothly with your pregnancy.

    WBM: DS sounds very cute!

Hi everyone-- I am crashing for the moment-- because I recognize some of your names and because you all held my DH and I in prayer for so long after our little son, "Obie," was born. This is an update after his death in April. Thank you-- first of all, to so many who sent us kind notes and thoughtful expressions. We are still grieving but moving forward as you will see.

All of my breastmilk (89+ bottles) were donated to a Children's Hospital in Philadephia, which was such a great thing to be approved, in memory of our son.

Our son's autopsy came back-- it took about 4 months-- and they said that our son suffered from a brainstem injury in utero, with a possible genetic cause, but this was doubtful because he tested genetically normal. I take pride in the fact that he was a little mystery boy-- and adorable to boot!

We learned 2 days ago that his heart valves were needed by another hospital in the US and we are so grateful that he will be able to help someone else.

Now, a second update-- I had an IVF procedure done this past week and, while I am not yet pregnant, today they transferred 2 blastocysts and this is unbelievable given my age. I am on bedrest and need your prayers that the little blastocysts grow healthy. We changed sperm donors from last year, as a precaution, and we are very hopeful. Please pray that my body will heal, that I will have courage (regardless of what happens) and that we can move forward.

    Thank you for listening!

S & S: What a mix of sad and wonderful news, thank you for your generous donations, it's nice to know that Obie helped other people and babies so much. I'm sure your little mystery boy would be glad to know he helped, and I'm sure he was beautiful!

I'll be praying that your blastys settle in extra safe and sound to end up safe and happy in Mummy's arms, and for courage and hope for the road ahead.
