Hi there, first off I am so sorry for your loss

It sounds like you are going through what I went through - no inclination that anything was wrong until almost 11 weeks. I was devastated.

It was a blighted ovum too. I had light spotting, went into emergency, spotting stopped, but ultrasound confirmed no embryo. I had to have a D&C the next day, by which time I'd started bleeding heavily.

I was told to wait one full cycle before trying again. I got my period back right on 28 days, two weeks after that we tried again and were successful. Received our BFP end of Jan and I'm now 26 weeks with this little blessing.

It is so tough - I had no idea anything was wrong and after 2 successful pregnancies and two gorgeous kids so I had no reason to even worry. It hit me really hard and I was a real mess for a while.

Give yourself time to process everything. It is a lot to take in.
