    worst mothers day ever

I haven't been here for over a long time, we had been trying for a year and finally succeeded, only to lose our little one at 8 weeks Feb 2010. I then had complications from a D&C & after months, finally had another D&C and eventually got my period! We started trying again 3 months after that, and by accident (i went to the doctor for an ear infection) found out we were pregnant again. I was only 4 weeks, so it was very surreal. I was waiting till we got past the 8 week mark to see my doctor again, and I am now 6 1/2 weeks and yesterday I started to bleed. Just like before. Only a small amount, but this is what happened last time, and it is so disheartning. I have an appointment in half an hour, and I am dreading it. More U/sounds, more bad news. Ahh, it just seems so unfair. This time I was so sure it would stick. I was getting all the right symtoms, sore boobs, going to the loo all the time & I was sooo excited to be sick Yet now.... Well I guess we shall see. Thanks for the vent

I'm really sorry to hear that you may be going through a m/c again. I really hope you aren't and it is just some odd bleeding. Best of luck

I'm so sorry you had to go through this. I had a bleed at 4 weeks with the pregnancy (reasonably heavy and bright red) and everything turned out to be ok. I hope it is the same for you.

I hope everything continues to go well. I was in the same boat as you: I had a small bleed at about 6wks with this pregnancy after two previous miscarriages but i am now 24wks and going strong. So, as others have said, not all bleeding ends badly. Best of luck!

congrats on hearing the heartbeat (i remember the excitement of hearing the little clip clop sounds for the first time). I hope you have fun teaching your little person to play tennis in a few years time. Giving up tennis for the pregnancy will be so worth it. best of luck.
