i dont think i have started to get fat arms - or, if i am, it just sorta blends with the rest of me. But, i think water aerobics have helped abit thou.
I would do arm exercises to firm up. If you dont have weights, perhaps try using tins of food for weights, or putting sand or water into bottles. Then do a few different sets of repetitions a day.
Or, just hang out till winter, and cover them up
I dont think it can be avoided either I am slowly getting chubby arms, and noticed my back is chubbyish too. I figure, i will worry about it later...Who knows it may even be fluid building up?
I'm just getting new fat all over! I figure there's not much I can do about it now but stay generally active and eat reasonably well. Hormones have taken control over my body and have decreed I'll have some fat on me for the first time in my life!
Oh the joys of being pregnant!! I am not too worried about the extra fat now because I know it is bound to happen. But I have told DP that when I am ready to go back to the gym, I am going to do major workouts!
