We had our 18 week u/s on Tues and are still left guessing about the baby/s gender. My Dh didnt want to know and I think the radiologist agreed with him. He basically said, it was easy to tell if it was a boy, but couldnt see a willy. Does this mean a girl??? I have found out with all my kids(all right) but always had a feeling about the sex. This time Im not sure. This pregnancy has been really risky so I guess I havent thought about it much. Just focusing on getting thru each day. The baby is healthy and doing well so we are happy.
Ollie, unfortunately just because he couldn't see a willy doesn't mean it's a girl. That's great that baby is healthy and doing well - if you can't find out the sex before baby is born think of the great suprise you are going to get. Our baby is due in 3 weeks and we don't know the sex and i'm so excited about finding out.
I desperately wanted to know what the gender was when I had my 18week scan but the baby was straddling the umbilical cord. I was DEVESTATED!!!! We weren't offered a third u/s so have to wait until bub arrives (next week if I'm lucky!)...
Congrads on a healthy bubs, must be such a relief knowing all is well. Maybe you could find out the sex at a later date, if not your going to have the best surprise.
