Both my sister and myself are pregnant. She just had her 20w scan and apparently her little boy has a condition where there is lung tissue outside the lungs. This is causing one lung to not develop and is causing strain on the heart by pushing everything.
Has anybody heard of this??? They are talking of doing a CSection in 2 - 3 weeks if the tissue has not died off. They have booked the NICU. I feel guilty that I am having a healthy baby, also happy that I am having a healthy baby and sad that my new nephew could die.
