3d imaging on the Sunshine Coast

Just wondering if any other BB member has had a 3d image done on the sunny coast? I just rang the local QDI in Nambour, and they said that its $88.00 (no rebate from Medicare) and I only need to book in when I am 27-31 weeks pregnant. Does anyone know if this seems right? Just that it seems wayyy to cheap. I was under the impression that it was closer to $300??? If you have had it done, where did you get it done, how many weeks were you and were you happy with the result.

Hi Mel,

X-ray and imaging (Caloundra or Coolum) offer a bulk billed 3d/4d scan, as long as you have a drs referral (and a clinical reason for the scan... is wanting to see bub clinical enough? I'm not 100% on what exactly is a good enough clinical reason...) and you haven't had any other bulk billed scan since 22 weeks. Otherwise its $110. 4D Ultrasound for Pregnancy | X-Ray & Imaging
