Now that you mention it LimeSlice, DS1 was posterior for pretty much the whole pg and birth, both DS2&3 were anterior and you're right pg wise I was much more uncomfortable with 2&3 punches and kicks were harder and aimed at much more painful spots!
Think of the birth, think of the birth...and hope she doesn't decide to switch position at the last minute, that would be cruel!
