its not just the pregnancy brain as I am not pregnant but I swear I never got mine back after I had my babies.

I am going to a meditation class with a couple of girlfriends tonight and was talking to DH this morning when I said "hey dont forget im off to my masturbation class tonight!"
I didnt even realise what I had said until DH looked at me and said "what?? they have a class for that?"

So dont be expecting your brains back ladies cause I am still waiting for mine!
Ah, I'm lucky i wasnt drinking, it would have gone all over my computer screen! LOL

And I do agree with you, my youngest is almost 2 and i'm still a major space caddet!

lol hungry hippo, i'm afraid my brain didn't return post DS but it only had 10 months to recover before i was preg again lol.

I did a doozy yesterday. getting DS's evening milk... open cupboard, take top off cup and put on bench. close cupboard, pour milk onto cupboard where I should have put the cup (which i left in the cupboard). Lucky I realised asap and it wasn't a huge mess! ddderrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

someone once explained it to me as your brain is busy doing so many other things ie caring for other children; growing a baby etc that the superfluous stuff is put aside for more important stuff iykwim. So while we appear dumb, our brain is actually working really hard doing all sorts of stuff and meeting demands it doesn't usually. Not sure how true that is, but it sounds good!!! lol.

It does sound good as an explanation, but it doesn't help the embarassment does it??
