It sounds like you might have caught a 24 hr bug of some kind. However, if you are concerned about the baby, I would see a doctor just for peace of mind. With all the protection the baby has and your immune system built to protect the baby, I would ink the baby is ok, However, maybe see a doctor just to be sure.

Have you had a fever?

If you had a fever was maybe a bug or food poisoning....if no fever then maybe your belly just didn't like the combination?

The further you are along in your preg the more resilient bubs is to this kind of thing.

I had food poisoning at 18 wks and was petrified, I had food poisoning previously at around 9 wks and had a missed m/c. I had it all checked, bubs was just fine.

Doesn't sound like gastro which lingers for more than a couple of hours - more a bug I think too, especially if you didnt have stomach cramps.

Well I have another appt with the hospital on Tuesday so think I may hold out until then. I just had a nap and got up and had a big cold drink and as soon as i sat down i felt some little thumping around down there so that is a good sign that bub is moving around

I just immediately panicked when I was sick and though oh no food poisoning! then immediately panicked about bubs.
