I had one at 37 weeks. They predicted he'd be 6 pound something and said it can go a pound either way. Ds ended up being 8lb7.5oz and he was nine days late.

I had a 34 week scan where they predicted a big baby around 4kg (9lb). Ob disagreed and thought it would be closer to 8lb, Bubs was 9lb2oz... But no prediction at 20 weeks that's for sure, he always measured to dates.

I have only had one prediction and that was for my last bub and he was predicted to be 720g at 23+4 weeks and was 920g when born at 25 weeks...so that doesn't really help sorry

I was told baby had slight dolichocephaly, meaning it had a slightly elongated head (from top to bottom) - at the 18 week scan.
At the 32 week scan, nothing was mentioned, but I was told I was having a small baby. They hinted at weight and stature being small.

    She was 8lb 5oz (3770g) and 52cm long - so not a small baby.

    And her head is normal.

Hmmm, my SIL was always being freaked out about how big her baby would be, even at 20 weeks she was told he was 'above average'. At 34 weeks they told her they were worried that bub was too big to come out naturally (TOTALLY freaked her out). Anyhoo, bub ended up being born 4 weeks early and only weighed 2.6 kg. He was really long though!
With my DS I was also always told bub was 'above' average. I had him at 38 weeks and he was already 3.5 kg, so yes he was big.

i honestly dont think they can predict at all... i was told that DS WASNT going to be late n he would be between 7 and 8 pound, and i was only measuring 1 day over... he was 11 days late and 9 pound 1 lol.. they are saying this one is bigger, im measuring 8 days ahead... so will see what happens lol
