Question How long do you wait

It is very reassuring reading all your posts - thanks! I actually haven't felt anything for 24 hours and am a bit panicked. I'm 22 weeks, and for the last few weeks I have felt movement every day and night and now nothing. How long do you wait before seeing someone? I don't have a doppler and my obs is really hard to get into - and my next appointment isn't for 3 weeks. I was a bit emotional last night and had quite a teary - so I hope I haven't stressed the poor bubba out!

    Hi Jacksta
24 hours is ok. To get your baby to move try drinking a glass something sweet and cold like OJ. Drink it down quickly and within a few minutes you should feel your baby move.

I know this is naughty, but I find coffee wakes my little one up ... only problem is getting the poor bubs back to sleep!!

I know I'm a couple of weeks further along, but even sometimes eating something sweet, like a chocolate biscuit or cinnamon toast does the trick too!
