I first read the term in a Kitzinger book, she talks of the babymoon as the all-important bonding and recovery time for the new family after the birth. I had no idea it was being used as a marketing tool too!
Yes they are marketing now, babymoon packages... I always thought it was after... like honeymoon is after the wedding... but they wouldn't make money if they were encouraging you to stay home now would they
