Lakes Entrance is very flat but for some reason the footpaths are on a slight slope which meant that I couldn't push my wheelchair without veering towards the road but it was fine if DP pushed!
I liked Lakes Entrance but it's not the world's most exciting place IYKWIM AND it's a long drive from Melbourne to be sitting in the car.
Personally, I'd be tempted to do a babymoon in the city or Docklands. You could stay somewhere REALLY nice without having to travel and treat yourself to a great restaurant - so do all the things that Melbourne has to offer but you never get around to doing because you live here.
Otherwise, I love Hobart. You can usually get a cheap flight. Stay somewhere near the water, it's flat - check out The Henry Jones Art Hotel, it looks fantastic. and potter around Salamanca. There's a great restaurant on the pier. Hobart's small and it's not everyone's cup of tea but if you like nice scenery and good food, you'll probably like it. But do be careful of where you stay as some areas are VERY hilly.

Especially if you go somewhere that has like a health spa or something, because a massage in late pregnancy is just awesome
